Location is very good, eateries just a short stroll away, good base to explore Danang City. Hotel is value for money, quality fittings and nice facilities. Used the gym which was good. Hotel was opened only about a year ago so everything is still very new and in excellent condition. Only one small irritant if I may call it, which has totally nothing to do at all with the hotel is that if you are using Grab ride it always never fail list the other Crowne Plaza Danang (versus this one which has a longer name to differentiate between the 2 hotels (this one is "Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre") so you'll almost always have to check and ensure that you have selected the right Crowne Plaza hotel when choosing the hotel as your destination. I reckon the Crowne Plaza Danang that is along the beach front was in existence much longer so historically Grab app always defaults to the one with historically higher occurrence.

We had to check-in separately due to one of us having delayed flights, and the service staff made the whole experience so pleasant and assured us. The process was so quick too, which was welcome after a long tiring day of flights. Over our stay, we asked for help with our grab deliveries, recommendations etc which were all on point!! And they were always so kind and with a superstar smile on their faces. Cleanliness, location all 100 marks too, it's central enough but not too noisy. Nearby, there are cafes, nail places, and a craft beer bar right opposite! Would 100% recommend. Shoutout to Tracy, Nancy, and Ken and all the other service staff who were so awesome!!! “Comfortable City Stay, But Service Could Be Sharper”
Crowne Plaza Danang City Center is a modern hotel with a convenient location right in the heart of the city. The property feels new, stylish, and designed for both business and leisure travellers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, ensuring a good rest, and some rooms come with city or river views which really add to the stay. Being in the city makes it easy to get around and explore Danang. Breakfast had good variety, but like many hotels in Danang, there was a lack of Muslim-friendly and vegan options. It would be fantastic if the hotel could introduce more inclusive choices with a local twist. This would be a big plus for attracting Muslim travellers, since halal-friendly meals are still limited in Danang. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. When I arrived, there was no one to assist with luggage or open the door. Not that I’m being overly critical, but at a 5-star hotel, this kind of basic service should be standard. It gave me the impression that the hotel might be a little understaffed at the front. Also, unlike my experience at Novotel Danang, no welcome drink was offered during check-in. It’s a small gesture, but it makes guests feel appreciated, and I missed that touch here.
