the crystal palace hotel is without doubt one of pattayas finest hotels.its renevation and standard of rooms match and better most of the so called higher quality hotels in pattaya,on price, standard of food and service.the new resort is beautiful with all amenities and friendly staff.i have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to holiday in thailand

Great value for money”

We stayed the second time at the hotel. The hotel is 3*+ I would say. The rooms (we got a free upgrade to a Deluxe room) are well equipped. Bath tube and separate walk-in shower. The first hotel in Thailand we stayed with more than sufficient water pressure. Many Chinese tourist groups are stayed at the hotel. But when you go for breakfast after 9 am they left and you can enjoy breakfast in a silent athmosphere. We will stay at the Crystal Palace hotel again.

Excellent hotel with very nice large rooms ”

I stayed at the Crystal Palace Hotel for 5 nights. Booked the deluxe room which is located in the new wing at the back of the hotel buildings. Nice pool. Great rooms with very nice bathrooms and bath. If you don't mind staying in Nakula away from the hustle and bustle of central Pattaya then this hotel has all the features of a far more expensive hotel.

Second time stayed here at the Crystal ”

Like I said this was my second stay there and actually better again as this time I was in the newer rear block by the pool, lovely room and large Bed, the cleaners cleaned room everyday, new towels , sheets etc . Would come again as close to everywhere by the cheap local open cabs, as they will take you all the way down to Walking street for 10 baht. Nice local food close by, especially recommend Lans Restaurant where she cooks both Euro and Traditional spicy thai ,plus has good beer and spirits selections , and only 150 mtrs to the right as you leave the Crystal Palace , on the opposite side .

Excellent rooms”

Stayed in a deluxe room in one of the two new blocks behind the old building [which is being renovated so construction noise from 9am until early evening] Excellent new large rooms with balcony,wifi, mini bar, a/c and large bathroom with separate bath/shower. Location is good, 50m back from Naklua Rd so quiet [ apart from construction noise] but easy to get a taxi into main areas for 10 baht. Breakfast ok but mainly catering for the Korean guests who seem to be the majority, staff helpful and good room service. Swimming pool is between the two new buildings so shaded but there is a rooftop pool on the old building [well it was still there in July] which is good if you want to be in the sun with a view. Recommended for the rooms if you can cope with some construction noise.

relax, comfort & convenient ”

i will stay here every time me and my partner travel to pattaya. during this visit i can see many have develop except for the food and bath tub in room. bath tub the stopper never work, can replace the stopper? as for the food, during my first day of breakfast. i saw 1 of the co chef refilling food, by using their bare hand without glove or using any spoon/fork. i can see there's a lot of un-educated guest from different country but still as a hotel/resort they still have to maintain their standard. hope to see more improvement in my next visit.

Perfect location away from the busy areas ”

I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I did have to get them to come and clean the bathroom a bit better as soap scum on shower glass and basin, however after that no problems , clean towels daily and beds made. Good secure in room safe, and Hotel away from the noisy end of town but accessible easily by jumping on a Ute type taxi as many travel past and you can get to downtown Pattaya and the Beach for only 10 Bt , anywhere you want to go for 10 Bt

Brand New Hotel, Easy Access”

hotel is in lk group ,one of the biggest hotel chain in pattaya. service standard is good. the quality of furniture equal 4 stars hotel. the location is easy to access no matter by car or public transport, even it is in small road but just walking distance from main road. swimming pool is the selling point of this hotel ,very nice and clean good for kids

Overall are ok! This is not my first time to stay in this hotel. Me and my wife like the hotel room and their services but the breakfast buffet need to add in more menus coz I was there for 2 nites and I extend my stay total of 4 nights, food are the same. Hot water is not HOT! My wife left her hair clip black in room 3301. Would appreciate if you can find it and return back to us. Email me. Next check in will be their new Crystal Resort & Spa!

Nice hotel in a quiet part of town”

The hotel has two sections -- one on a more "luxuriuos" type rooms, the other kind of regular. We were lucky to book the room in the "regular" building as the other one was being renovated and it was noisy on that side. Nevertheless, we could enjoy a very nice open pool in the area being renovated. The location is quiet as it is far from the main busy parts of Pattaya, there are a limited choices of bars/restaurants to eat out, although we enjoyed the remoteness. Going to the more central part where all the shopping and beach areas on a daily basis turns out quite expensive (we did not rent a motorbike), so you have to make a choice of preference here. Overall, service good, rooms clean and comfortable. There was also another smaller pool on the rooftop of our building.

Good location, good breakfast”

The hotel was very clean and have a good pool that my children's loved and the breakfast was very good especially the salad. The location was very good and very easy to reach by seng teow. Near to 7/11. Room was clean and comfy and we got a basket of "welcome fruit"..how nice. There will be next visit to this hotel.

Great location & affordable room rate”

air condition is not cold, though i've on it to 18. please provide 1 or 2 computers for hotel tenants to use for internet, coz not all applications we can use thru our phone especially when it's night or midnight all internet cafe are closed.

nice clean hotel”

Booked in early afternoon and had to wait a short time for the room but this was to be expected. Romm on top floor very nice. Window glass was cracked but no doubt on the repair-to-do list. Air conditioning works well and room was very clean. I would have preferred to have the shower water temperature a bit hotter because it was only luke warm. On a cool night this was a problem for my wife. maybe they could look at making it hotter.There was a 1000baht deposit for the room at check-in even though I had already paid in advance. Other places keep c/card records for this purpose and I would have preferred that.

Checking was very smooth but have to wait for receptionist. After checking no help from anyone at all. But the hotel location and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast also good and many choices I would definitely recommend to anyone because this was my fourth stay in this hotel

Satisfy”

Room was upgraded to Suite. Spacious room with jaccuzi but staff didnt attend to my request due to jaccuzi tub cant use, me and my partner are not happy. Hope they will clean and maintain the rooms though no customer coz in the bathroom have water stains and some facilities are not replenish in the room.

Great Hotel”

I have been staying in this hotel for few times, notice they have the new resort. Dont know where to book, but suprisingly I got to stay in this lovely new resort during my valentine day stay! Love it! Appreciate it! But they need to improve in the morning breakfast buffet menu... its the same since my first stay last year until now.
