Stayed here for one night Jan 2025 before an early morning flight. It's ten minutes drive from the airport, almost opposite the Marriott Airport, which would cost you about eight times as much. Rooms are huge, with suitcase benches for two suitcases which is a handy touch, beds comfortable, aircon cold, shower hot. Can't comment on the hotel facilities in general as I left at six in the morning, but the staff were friendly and helpful both at check-in and check-out. And there was bottled water, tea & coffee in the room, and shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. There's a 24-hour shop on the corner about twenty metres away if you need anything else. Airport shuttle leaves every hour on the hour, 170 THB at time of writing. I missed it and got a Grab which wasn't much more. Sure it's not five star, more like a European three, but for the price and convenience I can't imagine you'd find better as an airport hotel. I wouldn't stay here as a base on holiday but I'd definitely stay again if I need an overnight hotel at the airport.

Very pleasant hotel located a short car ride from the main international airport. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-appointed, however the bathroom was looking a little tired. There is a convenience store located a short walk away, on the main road, and a little further away, an outdoor mall with plenty of food options. The hotel has an hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport. There is a dining room and also a small bar serving food and beverages. There is not much to recommend about the location, but it is close to the airport, so ideal for a late night arrival or early morning departure
I have stayed at several hotels in the past in the Lat Krabang area and the Crystal Suites is by far the best. The room we had was 32m2 which is better than some of the little boxes I've stayed in the past. Highly recommend this place. You are literally about 40 metres from a convenience store and around 200 metres from a 7/11. We ate at the Beach Café and restaurant in the evening. Superb food but it was tad pricey. The airport shuttle they offer at 170 Baht runs on the hour, every hour making highly convenient.

This is the the third time I have stayed here upon arrival or departure from BKK International. Nice rooms. Good location. very clean and well kept, excellent staff. Just one thing I do not get. Their WIFI here simply doesn't work. Poor connectivity in today's world is no good. I don't understand. Routers are cheap. But their routers are terrible and they just don't work very well. I don't know why. They have wifi but you cannot connect to it very well

“2nt Airport layover”
Excellent price of £39 for 2 nts, including breakfast and 1 way shuttle. Good airport pick up, you have to phone them though. First impressions, very nice looking hotel and reception. Breakfast was mainly Asian - rice, noodles, meat/veg dish, fish porridge, fried eggs, chicken sausages and fruit. Thankfully, there was also plenty of toast and jam/marmalade, coffee and juice. Probably typical for most hotels here though. Clean quiet room, very comfy bed. Cups/saucers/spoons in room (arcopal?) badly stained, didn’t fancy using them. They changed them straightaway but new ones were not much better. Had trouble getting aircon to work properly so had a hot first night but they showed us how to set it for 2nd night. Paseo mall nearby with food court and street food stalls, had great food here. Supermarkets very nearby. ‘The Beach’ gardens, pools and restaurant is just over the main road, this is very nice area for afternoon/evening. but really we just wanted to sleep to get over our jet lag before moving on. Crystal was perfect choice for this.
