I stayed at the Cube Capsule Hotel in Boat Quay during my week-long trip to Singapore! Compared to other hotels that many Koreans visit, I chose Cube because it looked newer and better. The location is Boat Quay! At first, I was a bit confused because the way to the accommodation was through a restaurant area, but... during the day, it's quiet, and you might encounter some sales tactics in the restaurant area at night. However, the location was so great that it outweighed the downsides. It’s close to buses, subways, and tourist attractions! The shower and toilet are combined, and there's even a hairdryer! It’s super clean. I think it's the best capsule hotel I've stayed in so far during my travels. On the third floor, you can drink coffee, and the cookies and matcha latte there are delicious, so make sure to try them! As for soundproofing, I walked around 20,000 steps every day, so I don't really remember... but everyone seemed to use the space quietly! Singapore has great safety, and the country itself feels healing. I highly recommend this accommodation!! The staff was also very friendly, thank you so much :)
Made my first time staying in a cube hotel an amazing experience! I only got this cube for one day to have a good rest after arriving midnight, and will be transferring to another hotel the next day. But loved this even more than the other (bigger and more expensive) hotel! Staff are accommodating and very much willing to help - Terri, Lasmi, the guy (which I didn't get the name,), and even the two cleaners. Location is perfect! It's in the Boat Quay area. You wake up, grab free coffee in the dining area, and go the balcony for a nice view of the river and the beautiful structures on the other side (MBS, etc). Easy to get to Clarke Quay station using underground pass so no worries if you have heavy luggage. I arrived from the hotel at midnight, asked to be dropped off by Grab at the South Bridge. Still lots of people along the river so it's not scary. (It's SG, so regardless, you will feel safe.) It was possible for me to work remotely with calls. Wifi was fast. You can stay at the common dining area or balcony. The guests were respectful of people they see working, so no unnecessary noise. And of course, have free coffee while you work! Sleeping space was excellent. It's compact, yet you will have a good sleep because the bed was comfortable, guests were quiet, aircon was just right, you can manipulate the lights to your cube. Bathroom was vey nice. There were 3 private bathrooms with toilet in the female area where I stayed. Shampoo, body wash, towels etc were provided. Would be nice to have handsoap on the sink though. Overall, it's an amazing stay. Highly recommended.
The place was really good and it was same as what i saw in photos. Cleanliness maintained perfectly and periodically. Facilities are good like free amenities, free to use washing machines and dryers, coffee machine( loved the milo macho). Located in the streets of Boat Quay, you'll see people roaming on streets till midnight for food and drinks with a awesome river view but you won't hear anything from your room(it was so quite). Overall great stay and value for money.

I stayed for 1 night (16 hour transit between flights). The staff were lovely, everything was really clean, the facilities were excellent (showers, laundry, huge lockers etc), the bed was comfortable and I felt safe and secure (a key is needed to get in the lift - you use the intercom to be buzzed in for check in). They also had water, a coffee machine, board games etc all free to use and toiletries incase you've forgotten anything. 10/10 I would recommend and I will stay here in future, even for longer visits.

As a first-time capsule hotel traveler, The Cube at Boat Quay provided me with an excellent living experience. 👍 👨💼 Staff: Alan at the counter was exceptionally nice, friendly, and attentive. He was always willing to help and gave me comprehensive guidance on using the hotel's facilities. 🧼 Hygiene: My capsule was exceptionally clean and tidy, which met all my expectations. The shared toilets are cleaned regularly throughout the day, with floor mats being replaced frequently. 🛠️ Facilities & Services: A quick tip for newcomers: you need to press the button on the ground floor (before the lift) to access the reception on the 3rd floor. This confused me a little at first! The female-only dorm on the 2nd floor has 3 toilets, so you may experience some waiting during peak morning and evening hours. The lockers can sometimes have errors, but the 24-hour counter staff are there to help instantly. A great perk is the free unlimited disposable products like toothbrushes and underwear! 📍 Location: The location is highly recommended—just a short 3-street walk to Clarke Quay MRT station and within walking distance to the Merlion. 🍳 Food: Although breakfast isn't offered, I highly recommend a restaurant nearby on Circular Rd (shown in my picture). You can order takeaway and enjoy your meal in the hotel's 3rd-floor cafe common area, the balcony, which has a great view of Marina Bay Sands! 🌆 The Cube brand also has a branch in Chinatown where I stayed. This Clarke Quay location is more expensive, but the better quality and service make it worth the price. Highly suggested!
