fine hotel, staff are good and helpful, room ok. summary: its a fine hotel with no frills but also no problems

Wifi was horrible! Breakfast was bare minimum. No where to sit down outside. Hotel was under going renovations but was still very dated.

Love Embassy Suites they have a great breakfast and the free drinks from 530-730 is complimentary.Perfect location down the street from the mall , very clean,staff is friendly.This is always my first choice for hotels.

This was a pleasant surprise to find an affordable hotel near my sport venue that was clean and quiet. Normally I am not a breakfast fan but theirs was so impressive, clean, fresh, organized and delicious, I found myself there the last two days of my stay.

Room could use some TLC. We travel extensively, my wife always pulls off all the bed linen to check for bedbugs, she found a lot of undetermined debris on one beds pillowtop mattress. They didn’t have the air on, and the day had temperatures nearing 100 degrees. The room smelled musty and mildewed. The floor was wet from the condensation from the air conditioning unit. While the personal were pleasant and accommodating, they were limited by not having an engineer 24/7. We actually...after a very long day...had to change rooms THREE times. I wanted to leave but couldn't get my money back. The rooms smelled like smoke and was able to move to the worse part of this motel. It doesn't look anything the the photos on line. I want my money back the place has holes in cement ceilings. It older than old Bed were old the bathroom were terrible.

We visit a lot of hotels and this one ia by far the best one clean rooms quiet relaxing environment friendly manger absurdity no problems

A little ways out of town... but Uber rides were not too pricey. Way cheaper than in town. Not much selection of restaurants nearby but if you prefer Franklin area... it’s a great spot!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. They also allowed dogs but didn’t feel like it was run over with pets. The staff was very welcoming.
