New yoga studio, new rooms and the staff were wonderful and professional. Located in an area with a lot of bars and diners so it's super easy for tourists. Great location right behind Hakuba Base Camp - easy to take shuttle buses. Great value for money! Right in Echoland so quite a few food options. The rooms were all big enough to house 3 people. 4 can probably fit but will be a bit tight. The toilets however, in all the rooms I booked, had a pretty bad smell.

great location and great breakfast, however if you are a non smoker the amount of smoke in the lobby and the fact people smoke inside the hotel will bother you. rooms very small for 3 people and just one closet. maybe ok for a night or two, but cramped for a one week stay.

Hotspring is good. Location is downhill and some walk to the gondola but it's acceptable. However, it's closer to most of the restaurants on the main street. The hotel is much cheaper than the other one closer to the resort. Wifi is super fast, overall the stay is very satisfactory.
