The aiport shuttle service also makes a stop right in front of the hotel if you arrive early! It is near to the airport. I requested for a car with an english speaking driver and they immediately got it for us. It was a great short trip to Jeju island. Very accommodative in all aspects.

The Howard Johnson was perfect for our trip to Jeju Island. Many reviews say to stay in Seogwipo-si if you’re on the island for multiple days but we opted to stay in Jeju-si for 4 days and 3 nights. I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE HOTEL ROOM IS BIG AND HAD SUFFICIENT CARPARK SPACE FOR EVERYONE. THOUGH THE LOCATION LOOKS QUITE BUT I BELIEVED JEJU REQUIRES US TO DRIVE HENCE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS. THE STAFF ALSO DID WELL IN CLEANING UP OUR ROOM EACH DAY. We were not being told that our hotel is situated at the annexed building and not the main building of the Robero Hotel. But anyhow the room is clean and comfortable to stay with and we are happy that car park (in near distance) is being provided as we rented a car to drive in Jeju Island.

This is not the first time I stayed there, and continously will use the hotel whenever I travel to Jeju island. The room is very spacious and clean, and people who work there are very kind. The only issue I feel staying there is parking, since outside parking is not enough, and machinery parking should be taken care by drivers or only SUV cars can be parked in the base...

Best Value - 3 bedrooms Well-furnished, Clean Best Service - Second time staying, this time my washing machine had some problems at 10.30pm, contacted the concierge team and within 5 minutes, the servicemen arrived to fixed it. Will definitely stay here everytime I come to Jeju.

The location is literally perfect that you can catch bus to every main points in Jeju Island and the hotel also furnish airport pick-up services. What’s more, Hotel Leo is just located in the Central of Jeju city, which means it surrounded by lots of shops and good restaurants.

Will consider during the next trip to Jeju Island again! Good location that has a number of attractions alongside, acceptable driving course and staffs are helpful.

With Shilla's branding, this should be one of the best hotel in Jeju. This is a new and quality hotel, but staff lacks warmth and friendliness. Perhaps, this is how a snobbish hotel chain works.

Very calm and picturesque location. The main pool is not well maintained and not heated at all. Also as it is in front of the hotel restaurant everyone including outside visitors is watching. Value for the money. Large hostel type of accomodation near the beach road on the north of Jeju. Friendly staff and the facility has convenient store inside the property.

This hotel is rated 4 star by Agoda but we found the room a bit narrow compared to other 4 star hotels in Jeju Island. Bed is comfortable to sleep on. Nice tiny balcony but not much view.
