Wonderful people, wonderful location and just a pleasure to stay there. The fact that they had a laundry you could use was a huge plus as well, not to mention the pool, the bar and the views over Umbria. The reasonably priced bar and fridge were excellent additions as well. Can't recommend these people enough.

Although the entrance is not fit for SUV-drivers (but who does anyway?) the end of the dead end street is a gem. Personal attention by the couple that runs the hotel and always a smile. The breakfast may need some variations, but this is an intimate place for its few guests. Thanks.

Charming hotel in the historic area of the city. Room was excellent but the heating was not. Below freezing outside and just 18 degrees in the room. I’d definitely go back to this hotel but only in the summer.

Location - bit away from city centre, but great for quiet rest. Staff - friendly, professional, attentive Room - spacious, good view of mountain Bathroom - spacious, clean Breakfast - standard acceptable spread wifi - good in room and lobby, but not patio

Check-in/out was efficient. The Hotel & Staff were charming, breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet. It was everything I would want in a hotel of this sort.

This place suited me perfectly. Nice staff, very clean & quiet sanctuary. Friendly, helpful people. A grocery store across the street. Also an excellent location to Spoleto's historic center.
