New hotel.. . Smells good... Cozy.. No smoking n vaping hotel... Nice Bed & pillow. No fridge. Friendly staff.. Plenty of parking... Located 5 minit from town. Comfortable. The hotel only has basic amenities, doesnt serve food. However, It is nearby a small hawker centre and located near to main road of teluk intan. So food is not a problem. Generally, it was a clean, new, and the rate is cheaper compare to other hotel in same range.

This is a old bungalow house that can gather for large group of people. Overall, the house and the toilet were maintained clean. However, the air-con and heater in master bedroom were spoilt due to electrical wiring problem. Also, the water supply is small that not suitable for taking bath.
