This hotel must be one of the nicest hotel 20 years ago, proper hotel and rooms, a little old but have all the required furnishing Walking distance to massage area, local market, laundry, walking street, Pai canyon, busy intersection. TIPS: if you stay at room 108 or 109, park your car at the back, easier to move your luggage in and out.

A good stay in Pai. Great location in the city center. Room is a bit small when sleep 3 people with extra bed. Staff at the reception are friendly. Staff at breakfast always stares at you and other customer. Not the best manner to give to customer such impression.

I’d recommend just booking the room as it was a good price. Breakfast however was ice cold and the fruit was left in the open for the flies to feast on. We asked for the food to be warmed up after dishing. Free drinking water in the hotel lobby, along with a kettle and microwave for you to use there. No kettle in room. Great shower!

The Hotel is at the beginning of Pai. Walking distance to the street market takes about 15 minutes. The front desk does not speak any English. If you have questions or want to book sth through them, you need to use translation app. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the beds are imcredibly uncomfortable. Feels like you lay on wood. Your body hurts the next morning. Also the shower pressure os not good. We barely had any water or hot water. But the hotel itself is good and clean. Although quite noisy, which is normal for Thailand. The price for the room could be lower tho.

Deceptive pictures. Rooms had unbearable chemical smells. Spring bed was ancient and painful. Towels were sandpaper. Price paid was insane considering how bad the room was. Got another hotel after 1 night. Truly awful.

Great hotel close to Pai Main Street”
Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were well priced at only 400bht walk in, we ended up booking on for extra nights. The room was really clean, complimentary water and coffee in reception and friendly staff. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Pai Main Street & central for all other tourist attractions. Wifi was ok, sometimes the connect wasnt as stron as we would have liked in our room. Rated the food low as we didn't eat in the restaurant located next to the hotel so can't comment & not sure if it is part of the hotel or not. We would definitely stay here again.

we get to stay there for only one night. The hotel location is strategy which is 10-15 minute walking distance to the walking street. Is recommend that you can rent a motorcycle to walk around Pai. On the way from chiagmai to pai, you will pass through few tourist attractions and this hotel before u reach the minivan station in the walking street, so the hotel is easy to found. Just one thing that need to stress is the detail in agoda stated is a aircond room but we only get a fan room with the same price.Its okay to stay in a fan room since the weather there is cold but agoda should mention it clearly if it is a fan room.

The only draw back we could see of this hotel was the internet issue, signal was poor or none at all in the room actually the reason we didn't stay longer. You could get a really good signal in the lobby though so it did have internet and all the free coffee you could drink. we were on the 3rd floor so we had a balcony as well we paid the exta for the larger room and it had an extra bed nice LCD TV good for rainy days. Give this hotel a try it is right on the main road into town.

The hotel looks good from the outside, once you get through the doors you realise why it's fairly cheap. The whole place is very clean, my room was adequate but basic. It included breakfast but that Consisted of rice soup, fried rice, fruit and bread. I toasted a couple of bits of bread but gave up and went to walking street for something more substantial. If you're on a tight budget it's a good choice and yes I would stay there again
