I booked this hotel based on its positive reviews and impressive advertising, only to discover that it was misleading. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It wasn’t well-maintained—dusty surfaces, a cockroach, rusty shower fixtures, and poorly cleaned bathroom tiles were some of the issues. The ventilation was weak, and the bed sheets and pillowcases were neither smooth nor clean. Additionally, some features, like the lights, weren’t functioning properly. The complimentary breakfast was average, offering standard silog dishes—not bad, but nothing special. Despite these disappointments, the staff were kind, accommodating, and straightforward with all transactions, which I appreciated.

Hotel is walking away from a transport terminal. Near the market and fast food like jollibee. If your looking for a standard comfort stay I woul suggest to choose suite room or executive suite to satisfy your stay. They served filipino plated breakfast which is a bit advantage for a budget vacation. I would suggest hotel to keep stairs clean and dry at all times. Overall my stay is quite okey!!!
The hotel has no elevator. The room was nice for the cost. However while we were out for the day housekeeping cleaned the room. They moved and "arranged" out suitcases and other items. Housekeeping is supposed to change sheets and towels and clean around customers personal items, not touch my stuff and put it where they think it belongs! On top of this the room had no TP!

The property's location was convenient , and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot water was readily available, and access to all transportation was convenient. The surrounding area is busy during the day and have many food options. At night, however, the area is empty, dark, and scary/unsafe. Having the restobar in the hotel was very convenient! I highly recommend the beef nilaga. Napakasarap! The teriyaki chicken, sweet chili chicken, pancit canton, and the chop suey were all good too. Overall, the restobar was very good. However, DO NOT order the shrimp scampi and the Shanghai lumpia. The shrimp scampi only had 2 very small shrimp and the lumpia was very bad; panget! Overall, my stay there was nice and comfortable and would stay there again.
