      Outstanding experience!”

      I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from every staff member. Booked for a family deluxe but was offered for Family plus with connecting room for free! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom. The common areas, including the lobby were equally well-maintained, with a sense of care and attention to detail evident in every corner. They also got free coffee. The combination of exceptional cleanliness and top-notch hospitality here made my stay incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and meticulously clean place to stay.

      A modern gem in Kuala Terengganu”

      I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fairly new hotel with a stunning modern interior with my family. The hotel's strategic location was a major plus, making it easy to explore the city. While the limited parking was a minor drawback, the overall experience was fantastic, especially considering the incredibly affordable price. We booked a Plaza Suite, which was incredibly spacious and offered breathtaking views of the sea and Terengganu drawbridge. This room featured a minibar, mini fridge, smart TV, iron, a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. A floor lamp near the sofa would have been a nice addition, but it didnt significantly detract from the overall experience. The bathroom was also well-appointed, with bathrobes provided for added comfort. It was equipped with a complete set of complementary amenities, including toothbrushes, sewing kits, razor sets and more. Unfortunately, the curtains in our room were a bit of a let-down. They were stuck and didnt close completely, allowing some outside light to seep in. While I would have preferred a carpeted floor for added warmth, my mum and aunt loved the tiles, so it wasnt a major issue 🤣 The hotel doesnt offer breakfast, but the convenient location made it easy to order food deliveries from nearby restaurants. They do provide a vending machine for some simple snacks. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable accommodation at an unbeatable price.

      Excellent Experience”

      I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience! The property is modern and feels very new, with an inviting atmosphere as soon as you step in. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. To my surprise and delight, I received a free upgrade to a bigger room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The larger space allowed for greater relaxation, and the thoughtful touch from the hotel staff truly impressed me. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

      1. Bilik & Tandas yang bersih (The cleanest hotel in KT. Previously I stayed at Primula & Continental and several other hotels, this hotel is much better. I'm very particular about hygiene in hospitality, I can rate 8/10 for this hotel). Water pressure was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Yeay clean & free from bed bug!!! hahaha.. 😁😁 2. Lokasi yang baik (Located 900m from pasar payang) 3. Pekerja Hotel yang hebat (They have the best employee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ soft spoken, polite & knowledgeable) 4. Harga yang berpatutan (The price very affordable) 5. Tiada sarapan (No breakfast, it is time to explore the best local restaurant at KT) 6. Tempat letak kereta yang terhad (They have their own private car park at the back of the hotel but very limited (which is free). During weekend, it will be a bit difficult to find a parking lot. They have valet parking RM20/per day located in front of the hotel (if not mistaken they have like 3-4 lots), also base on first come first serve (upon arrival). They will print-out your plate number and reserve it for you) 7. Pengering Rambut ada (For hairdryer you have to request it at the receiptionist counter. Deposit RM50) 8. Seterika Baju ada (Iron & Iron board available at every level. It is was a shared facilities) 9. Easy check-in & check-out. 10. Mine no deposit. Everything pay via Agoda nothing need to be paid at Hotel. 11. Will be one of the hotel to be stayed if I come back to KT. 12. Hope the hotel management can keep the hotel performance to the top.

      Great, clean place but kinda of weird”

      Good things about the hotel and room. 1. Staffs are friendly and attentive. They have even asked about our stay when checking out. 2. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. 3. Ample place to park. 4. Strategic..5 to 10mins walk to Pasar Payang but regretted walking because of the heat! 5. Close to some food. The cendol in the opposite restaurant is yummy! 6. There's a cafe opposite too. Not so good stuff 1. Walls and doors are thin. The alarm that indicates the door not closed properly was so loud that we could hear it from our room. The housekeeping cart was just 10m away but nobody did anything. At night we could hear children crying or running along the corridor. 2. The booking. We booked a queen sized bed. Apparently Agoda instructed the hotel to give us a double queen sized bed room. 3. The TV. The TV had Netflix but no way to navigate it with the remote. However YouTube works! Go figure. 4. Why is the water so warm? We turned it down to the lowest temperature but still warm. The other way was boiling so we knew what we were doing. 5. The lock in the men's common toilet behind the lobby does not work. In summary, would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!
