I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and needed to work from the room during week days. The internet is fast and reliable and the room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge helped and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. It is at a good location for transport links, the A32 bus from the airport stops outside and the bus stop to the airport is a short walk up the road. The nearest MTR station, Tai Wo Hau, is less than 10 minutes walk away. There are also minibus service up the road. There is a hotel shuttle service that took us to the PCR testing centre but I believe it can take guests to other areas too. If RAT tests are required for the first 7 days upon arrival in HK, I suggest purchasing extra as the hotel only provides one box of 5 tests per person. When I asked they could not provide any more. Otherwise it was a good overall experience and I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very nice, very clean, very affordable price during the time we were there. The hotel staff are efficient from the front desk, to door men,and house keeping. also the bus transfer is great way to go around Tsuen Wan. over all this is the best hotel we have stayed. Thank you

Everything is good except for the location”
Room size is big especially the bathroom. Everything is good except for the location. The walk from MRT Tai wo hau to the hotel is at the side of highway. Hotel used to provide shuttle to the kwai fong stn every 15 mins before pandemic, and now only 6 times a day.

Perfect for airport transit passenger”
Decent room, kind of small but I guess HK standard. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel, perfect for airport transit. Tsuen Wan is a good area for shopping and food too, please check local bus on google map. Shuttle bus was kind of helpful in this industrial area but very limited stops. 7-11 downstairs close too early. I'd call it 3.5 stars, it's a bit small to be called a 4* hotel. I'd highly recommend because the value's very good.

5 weeks stay review”
First of all. I want to say the facility at Dorsett Tsuen Wan rocks. From the entrance door all the way to the room service, the help I got from team members was top-notch. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby to get food from, and the taste is decent and very authentic. Also, the location is very convenient, only like 10mins walk from MTR stations. There are also plenty of bus stops in the area, so please utilize Google Maps to travel. However, the good part of my trip stopped here, and I would like to warn other travelers who want to book this hotel for an extended stay. During my reservation, the room I selected was supposed to provide room cleaning service twice a week, along with other benefits. Once the hotel confirms your booking, a confirmation email will be sent stating that there will only be 1 room cleaning service regardless how long your stay is because of COVID. We are in 3rd year of COVID, and the hotel should have updated the service they provide in their listing instead of sending an update email after the booking is made. This is an out-right misleading customer.

The staff asked for a $2000-deposit only upon the check-in process, for cleaning fee if we have COVID-19 later discovered. The room was not that clean since stains could be found on somewhere like curtain and walls.
