The Doubletree by Hilton Sukhumvit was absolutely fantastic. The facilities are brilliant, such as the rooftop bar and pool on the 26th floor of the Hilton side, amazing views of the city, especially at night. there is also a gym on the 26th-floor. And there is also another pool and bar on the 7th floor on the Doubletree side. The rooms are clean and spacious. And the staff are wonderful, very helpful. After we checked out and I walked out the front to get in the car I fell over on the last step and badly bruised my knee. I was rolling around on the floor in quite a lot of pain and within 20 seconds I had about 5 or 6 staff members assisting me and helping me into a wheelchair. They called the hospital and my airline as I was about to fly to Australia. I can not thank the staff enough for their assistance. We will definately be back.

Had a bit of an issue with one of the staff at check-in which i felt i needed to address. While the issue wasn’t very big, the attentiveness and response from the customer service team was OUTSTANDING. Very much impressed by how everything was handled, the management at this property has all the reason to be proud of their staff and hold the team in the highest regard. Will return!

Upgrade surprise”
Booked in at DoubleTree and was told that all guests at this time are being upgraded to the Hilton on soi 24 (next-door) as the DoubleTree will be closed until the following month. The stay was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, opposite Emporium shopping mall. Only downside was that the room did not include breakfast and the price to pay was very expensive.

The staff are helpful when i checked in to the hotel even though i arrive to hotel around 10am. Usually the hotel check in is 2pm but i was lucky to get the room and manage to catch some sleep after travelling.

Quiet Hotel off Sukhumvit”
I originally booked for 4 days as part of Thailands 2021 Test&Go program. I ended up staying for my entire trip as the hotel was very quiet and clean. The Doubletree is connected to the Hilton so you can enter from soi 24 or soi 26 . There is also plenty of street food around the corner, as well as on Sukhumvit. 7-11 and the BTS are also close.
