Lovely stay”
The place is apart from all bars and restaurants so it's such a peaceful place. We got the sea view room and it was amazing to see the sunset from there. So quiet. We extended our stay too. The lady there is so sweet and kind. We rented a scooter from her too. The room is big and spacious. The restaurant at the resort is closed at the moment. And the pool was hardly any people so it was just perfect for peace.

Everything was good, we booked that hotel, because we have a dog. The room was a little bit old, but it is ok for us, our dog was exited to be on the beach for all day.

No beach there but 50 meters to the right there is Narima resort, great beach with sunbeds which are for free if you order a drink.. Rooms at Dream Team are great with the sexiest bathroom I’ve seen. Nice staff who don’t speak English.

The kids loved it! ”
Great pool with slide. The kids absolutely loved it! Staff is friendly and the massages the best we had on the island! We stayed in the king ocean front and the location and view was great. However the room was run down and the shower pretty bad with a slow water flow and a temperature hard to get right. But overall the value for money is good and the restaurant at the resort next door amazing!!!

When we arrived the reception was dirty and abandoned. When you look at the garden behind it, you will probably think it was a scam and that the hotel is not open. You have to call a number and someone will come and take you to your room. The room areas and the pool are clean. The room we booked didn't have wifi, hot water and it was leaking in the bathroom. We ask the lady to change room the next day and although it was smaller, it was better but still no wifi. The wifi only worked around the pool and not very good. It's good if you want to disconnect and enjoy some peace and quiet. I think the hotel has great potential but they need to work a little bit on it for now. (We heard that might be like this now because of covid)

Nice on the outside- rooms were filled with ants”
The front reception was nice heading down to the pool and area looked well kept and clean. Then we got to our room.. hundreds of ants and some other some bug all over the bed and floor. I originally thought the bedding was speckled and looked closed to find these bugs.. there was also something in the ceiling that was scratching the roof or running around at night. The furniture was old and smelt like it. We tired to stay out of the room as much as possible. This was disappointing because we looked for a place and paid a bit extra for this one, but there are nicer ones for cheaper!

Book better down the coast @ Kantiang Bay”
Sitting on a rocky beach that cannot be swam in this place might have appealed 15 years ago but not its overgrown, shabby and extremely disappointing and poor value for money, staff are rude and unhelpful, the motorbike rental is a con job which leaves you paying for punctures or repairs which should be done before guest part with their money, There are no local amenities to speak of and your too far to walk to a restaurants or bars and wild monkey aren’t cute they’re a hazard, especially to young children. The food menu offered is nothing short of a disgrace, cheep and measly mishmash of ingredients Is all that’s on offer ... you’re better off keeping your money in your pocket. Do not stay here if you don’t drive a car or motorbike As you’ll be a virtual money fish in a barren to be exploited.. and do not rent a villa from Baan Suan farm stay either from these people , it’s dark, dangerous and a dungeon like venue also owned by this shocking group. Not family friendly!

Dont go there. It is not a resort. Reception and restaurant was closed. It felt like it was left by the owners. Agoda should not offer this place. We left when we came and went for a walk around the bungalows and the pool, after our Pre-booking and we refuced to take even a single Night.

Cute little Thai bungalows. Awesome pool and chairs, breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. If feeling like trying other restaurant checkout the nice patio / dinner and Thai massage at the neighboring Lanta Coral Beach (next to dream team).

great to hide away”
The hotel has beautiful green territory, very tasty food beach restaurant, and amazing pool. You shood take coral shoes and snorkling mask if you want to swim in the sea, don't go barefoot in the sea, it is sharp rocky with shells. But in coral shoes safe and snorkeling is nice, can see some fish. The hotel is far from everything, including shops and other bars. Plan to stay in and relax, or take tours in the hotel, they organize transfer. Enjoy the beauty of Koh Lanta and quietness of non crowded location.

Great Villa, bit far out”
This was great place to stay and would highly recommend it to any couples or families going to Koh Lanta. Our room was very clean and tropical shower was better than in the pictures. Staff were very friendly and pool was clean and right on beach. We loved our stay here. The only negative is that it’s a little bit far out from bars and restaurants but they do rent scooters and bikes and will give u discounted prices if you rent for a long time. They also have taxi service and will pick you up if not to late.

Big resort with cheap prices”
We enjoyed our stay here as we were aiming to be far from the crowds. They have their own beach and restaurant (on a wooden platform on the beach). The beach is wonderful and not crowded. The restaurant is a bit pricey and food is ordinary, but you can walk down the street and get some cheap local food. We had some issues with the motorbike we rented as it kept turning off and didn’t have enough power to go up some of the steeper hills with two people. The hotel did say they were out of the new bikes and could only rent us an old (not working) bike and since the hotel is far from everything else, we kinda had no choice.

Not a dream team but a dream location”
The actual “team” in the restaurant could have cared less about our experience. The front desk was nice and a lady that tried to help with internet. (We still had no internet on our stay, stayed in cabin A-6) The cabin is nice enough. It’s old. The pool is good, the ac works as does the old tv but only one channel in English. For me, the problem was the staff at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was scraps left over by 9:30 and they didn’t refill (we did get a refund from the front desk person, again, front desk was nice) If you can get a discount, then this place is ok, it’s a gorgeous location, a little rocky on the beach but that’s all around. We paid $25 for 2 people so really, you take what you can get at that price. The little shop across the street has great coffee, smoothies and clothes :) she gets 10 stars! As for returning, I would not. Thailand is known for the kind people and I felt like I was bothering the staff. Try klong nin beach, the paragon resort

Great place for relaxing at swimming pool”
The resort is great if you are on a budget and want to relax at a swimming pool - the pool area is great!! I stayed in the cheapest room (fan room) and it wasn't very clean and the furniture was not in good shape. There is no beach in front of the resort, only rocks! The staff was very slow and everything (check-in, service at the restaurant etc.) took a bit longer. The resort is located very far in the south of Koh Lanta and a taxi from the pier costs about 300 Baht.

Pros - value for money (4d/3n) = RM 506 (agoda apps). Beach front villa. - Privacy guarantee. Not many guests although it is peak season. (December). - They have many chalets. Choose within ur budget. Cons - The beach is rocky. Only nice to enjoy the beach when the tide is high. - The water pressure is slow in the bathroom. - Child policy. Above 12 y/o baht 500 perday (extra bed) below 12 y/o baht 150 perday sharing bed with adults. - No halal meals at the restaurant. Halal restaurants available at Kantiang and Klong Nin.
