Exceptional”
We stayed here for 7 nights. (17-24 January)We were impressed with everything there. First, All staff were very friendly ,attentive to detail and helpful. They treated us more than I expected. They were willing to help us at all time. Every staff was well-trained. Best service staff ever in Hua Hin !! Second, the hotel is so exquisitely beautiful,comfortable and clean. My room was partially sea view which I could see every morning. There is a walking path for exercise. I took my daughter for a walk every morning. The swimming pool is big and the staff provided exceptional service to the guests. Third, there is an organic farm in hotel area. My daughter really enjoyed. The staff gave some advice and took good care of us. They gave us some plants and seed. The female staff asked us how our holiday was here. My husband said everything was perfect but the only one problem was the pillow. It was too soft. In the evening, the pillows were changed to health pillows. Very impressive! We got lots of memorable experience here. We definitely recommend this hotel and We’ll go back for sure. Big space and best for relaxing”
Two swimming pools are great with different atmosphere. Plus attentive and friendly staff were impressed, from maid to the Club floor staff. Variety selections of breakfast also nice to have for a long holiday. Only extended private breakfast area with low ceiling may make a bit uncomfortable feeling to sit there. Laundry: a very detailed laundry services; fold with paper and plastic cover. It would be great if they will reduce using plastic products. Parking lot: security guard also looking after you well, especially, when returning after a night out from hua hin town. Also providing a cover sheet to protect your car.

This hotel is one of my favorite. This was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. The room was great clean and well kept. The location was very good. The staffs were very very good. They were very polite and very helpful. The restaurant s were excellent. Especially the Wednesday night buffet. It was very good and well worth the money. Over all my stay at this hotel this time was exceptionally good. We will come back to stay at this hotel in the future.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights during the "Row-Theaw-Duay-Kan" campaign which is for Thai tourists during COVID-19 period. The hotel officer offered extrabed for free when she knew that three of us (my son is 8 years old) chose to stay in "Twin bed" room type. There are many complimentary snack/drink/alcohol&mask kit. The room is so clean. Breakfast is great!. All staffs are kind and considerate. Definitely recommend for all to stay at this place!

Nice and clean hotel”
Dusit Thani is a very nice and clean hotel. It has a private beach. The swimming pool is excellent huge and wonderful. The breakfast is also excellent . It has many option including vegetarian too. Rooms are clean. Location is quiet. Security is excellent. They cover my car every night. Staff are always smiling and happy. Nothing to complain at all.

great luxury resort hotel”
I'm really happy I chose the Dusit Thani for my stay in Hua Hin. It's a beautiful property right on the beach with a huge, warm pool and newly renovated rooms. Everyone I encountered provided great service. The food was very good, both the extensive breakfast buffet and the a la carte meals I had. The beach was much better and cleaner than the beaches I saw close to the middle of Hua Hin. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the gym was well equipped and air conditioned. The lobby was impressive and a pleasant spot to hang out. I arrived before check in time and thought I'd have to wait, but they found a room for me and even upgraded me without charge. There is an hourly shuttle to town. All in all I found it to be a good value by Thai standards--and an outstanding value by international standards. I did think the breakfast buffet price was on the high side--better to include it in your prepaid reservation, I think you'll get a better deal on the breakfast that way.

The hotel is beautiful , beautifuly decorated and very confortable bedroom .I was very lucky to have pool and beach view. Excellent services realy 5 star , from main desk to housekeeper ,restaurant staff always smiling ,attentive and kind. Breakfast is fantastic ,enourmous variety ,fresh and tasty . I had a realy good dinner at San Marco restaurant , linguine with lobster cooked perfectly ,very tasty and fantastic service. I look forward for chine new year buffet tonight. We stayed on the 1st day of reopening hotel as part of a third-stage easing of the lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic. We had a pleasant stay here. We feel safe n got a nice hospitality from GM and all staff we’ve met. K. Nui at the restaurant provided excellent service. The menu we ordered had been running out and she tried very hard to ensure we’ve still got a pleasant stay. Love it and will be back soon :D

Delightful place, very peaceful. A bit away from the center of the town, but the hotel provides an inexpensive van to the town. On your own to return, which is easy at the taxi stand and also inexpensive. Do include the breakfast; it is a very nice buffet with a lot of choices, all delicious. Lunch and dinner can add to the expenses, but the prices are lower than at similar establishment in the USA. Great place for family.

The front desk person (I believe his name is Nattakorn. Sorry, if I’m wrong) provided an excellent customer service. He was very professional, helpful, and his hospitality was amazing! We arrived a little earlier than we thought and he helped accommodate us with an early check in. He brought us the welcome drinks. First impression at arrival, he nailed it. He made us feel welcomed! Not only those mentioned, the room he got for us had the perfect view of the beach!!! The bell person was very helpful too. The only thing that upset us a bit during the stay was the service from the restaurant host. We booked this room with breakfast included for 3 adults and paid everything for the extra person. When we arrived at the restaurant for the breakfast after our first night, the lady asked which room we were in, so we gave her room number. She saw that we have 3 people, and she immediately asked whether we paid for the breakfast for the extra person. She got all the paperwork about the in-house guests in front of her, so she should have checked it before she raised that question. The way she asked was a bit rude and embarrassed us. After she checked the paper, it confirmed that we have already paid for it, so she let us in. Apart from this, overall stay went great and we enjoyed the stay and the service from most of the staff.

It was my fourth times here. Very worth money for the choice of Club Room. My parents were really enjoy with the services at club lounge e.g. varieties of drinks, canapes, snacks, especially beer and wine serving in the evening time. The pools are so big - big pool closed to the sea and small one behind the garden, spacious space not too crowded when having lot of customers. Surrounded by trees and good choice for jogging & exercise in the big garden. Breakfast was also great but it might be lower choices comparing to our last visit but anyway it was still above standard of Breakfast. Will see for our next visit whether there will be any betterments. Lastly we would be more happy if the seafood buffet has sufficient food which customers would expect to order even they started to join dinner late. In case if food is not enough, this problem should be raised before client makes decision to have buffet. Otherwise, it could lead to disappoint feeling. Anyhow we had been taken care and apologized by a young lady staff. I think she is the restaurant manager but sorry for not recognizing her name. She tried her best to make us feel better and we can touch her great service providing. Many thanks to her as well. Booked deluxe king bed but got twin bed without notifying. Wait 2 hrs to clean the room, wait another 2 hrs to change room to king bed. Was not a good experience on the first day. However, the hotel compensated free breakfast and club lounge usage for 3 days.

Everything about the stay was excellent! The club level experience was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are basically an acres scale botanical garden. Very nice room. This hotel was fantastic. The staff were superb, the setting is great with a choice of swimming pools or the private beach. The restaurant is great though the breakfast buffet was good, it wasn't as good as I thought it might be; that is a very small point though. Well worth a stay. I definitely will again.

Really loved our stay here. Staff are so helpful, kind and friendly. Room is wonderful with a really comfortable bed. Loved the beach and the pool area. Breakfast was really good. Absolutely amazing! Two better ifs tho: 1) Even though the amenities in the room were good, for some strange reason there were no toothbrushes and 2) As a 5* hotel they could perhaps think about upgrading their towels in the rooms more often so that it is white instead of a washed out grey. Otherwise I will definitely go back to this hotel.
