The staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful, and speaks english and heard mandarin too. For the $20-$30 budget it's not bad but there are others that are better for the same cost. HORRIBLE WIFI. Stayed on 4th floor, connection kept timing out-using my own DATA because hotel wifi is SO SLOW or doesn;t work. Front desk said the wifi password works for all wifi options but ALL OF THEM DID NOT WORK. Room- Bed is clean which is good, door/lock doesn't feel safe, old school push lock and manual key. Bathroom has only soap and shampoo pump. Outdated with some baby cockroaches having a party by sink. Water faucet is only cold water. Facility- Great restaurant and pool amenity - clean, friendly with restaurant open until 24:00. Location- quite far from anything walkable. There are other "by airport 3 star hotels" with 7-11s and street food accessible. Had to order Grab food which front desk even recommended not to go out for food nearby. Overall- I am happy with clean bed and staff - but did not feel comfortable to leave belongings in room to go out and about. Would not return unless they make changes to wifi and update door/sink faucet/room.

This hotel is definitely not fancy or a place that you'd want to stay for more than a night but if you have an early morning flight and want to be close without spending a lot of money, this is your place. They were prompt in picking us up from our flight from Phuket in the afternoon. The hotel itself is clean enough but nothing special. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for the few hours we were there. There was a restaurant but we didn't use it so can't say if it was any good. The staff were friendly and helpful in planning our return to the airport. They gave us a wake up call at 4am and got us to the airport without a hitch. I'd stay here again if only needed for a place to get a few hours sleep before a long flight. The price was great especially considering the round trip airport transfer. If you require fancy accommodations, you should stay at the airport hotel but if you want to save a few bucks, stay here.
I've stayed here numerous times, both pre and post Covid and this hotel didn’t disappoint. For the price point, this hotel offers a lot of value, with clean rooms and reliable airport transportation (120 BHT PP). The manager was quick to respond to my emailed questions and the shuttle only took 10-15 to come get us at the airport, after being summoned. The rooms are basic, but quite clean and well appointed. We also used the restaurant for breakfast & for 130 BHT, the Thai breakfast was tasty and good. They also had western options for a little more. My only disappointment was the swimming pool, because the water was murky and cloudy in color. It seems it hadn’t been cleaned & serviced in quite a while, perhaps a casualty of the long Covid pandemic. All in all I’d recommend this hotel, especially if the stay is purchased at a inexpensive rate, which often it’s available.

This hotel is situated and suited for short stay for convenience of airport travel from main Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. I stopped 2 nights it had everything I needed. It was clean had fridge and coffee facilities in room and reception complimentary. Has a small cafe restaurant with enough food choices and has a small pool which is big enough to relax in and around. There was some minor areas / furniture that needs referbishment and attention but nothing serious.. staff were friendly and helpful there is a reasonable priced hotel transfer to and from airport. The hotel is tucked away from the main road up a side soi 45 which makes it nice and quiet with double glazed windows. There is a complimentary hotel Tuk Tuk to run you to bottom of street to main road where there is access to 7 / 11 store , lotus mini market and other shops and food outlets to supply any needs. Comfortable beds and night sleep clean I would use again when next passing through
