One of the best accommodation experience!”
We stayed for two nights at East West Villas as part of our 6 days trip in Vietnam. Hoi An was our favourite destination, and East West Villas was a major attribute to that. The staff there were phenomenal. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and were made welcomed throughout our stay. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care if you ever needed anything or had any questions. We were excited to be staying in our own little villa, but the room we were provided (a ground floor Harmony Villa situated right next to the pool) exceeded our expectations! It is very spacious and comfortable, and had a huge, nice and clean bathroom (quite a luxury if you are familiar with the confined spaces in HK...! :P). They were very generous with their breakfast menu and service. You are required to order your breakfast the evening before at the reception. You can choose whatever and as many items they have on offer as you like, and on top of that you may request to have it all delivered to your room in the morning. The accommodation is well located, within walking distance from the beach and a bike ride or short taxi journey to the city. A lot of nice amenities nearby including a nice Australian cafe/restaurant "Dingo Deli"; a lovely little Vietnamese restaurant, "Coco Restaurant" overlooking the river and serving very affordable and delicious local cuisine; and the sensation "Ginger Spa" for some top notch luxury massage and spa treatment to spoil yourself! Would definitely be returning to Hoi An for holiday, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at East West Villas again. Top notch!

SERIOUSLY, THE BEST HOTEL IN HOI AN! ”
Seriously, our stay in East West Villas Hoi An was the best in our entire trip to Vietnam! I love everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent in providing the best service to us. I just forgot the name of the receptionist but I would like to give her a major commendation for making our stay a one of a kind experience. The room was insanely big and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the pool. The breakfast was outstanding because it was delivered to our room and everything was just so good. You can borrow a bicycle free of charge. We rented a motorbike for a day for only $5. The airport transfers were also efficient. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will definitely recommend this to everyone and will stay here again when we go back to Hoi An!

Perfect place”
It was a beautiful trip to Hoi An ancient town. We arrived at East West Villas by motorbike from Da Nang. We were surprised with a room upgrade. What made us really happy was the warm and friendly welcome of the staff. The villas look more beautiful than they appear on agoda: the small cozy lobby, the pool surrounded by the garden. We had lovely welcome drinks and fruit on the balcony overlooking down to the nice pool. The weather was perfect, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. They really cared to the smallest details in the room. The leaves were neatly arranged in flower petals shape on the bed and bathroom carpets. The lemongrass scent made us so relaxed that we just wanted to sleep on the very comfortable bed right upon entering. They had us order our breakfast at night for the next morning. It was fantastic having delicious breakfast under an umbrella by the pool while it was drizzling. Staffs are really caring and friendly. They may not provide the top luxury service, but definitely authentic hospitality. Besides, it's worth the money. We could not ask for more at this rate. I'd love to recommend this villas and return next time.

Paradise in Hoian”
We wanted a relaxing place to stay in Hoian for our last week of over a month in Vietnam and this place is the best. There are 15 villas and ours was spacious, new and very relaxing. East West Villas is about halfway between the beach and old town so about 1.5km either way and we hired a motorbike which made it simple. The villas,pool and surrounds make this a luxury hotel and although rated at 3.5 stars should be much higher so you get great value for money. All of the staff are happy and can't do enough to make your stay special. We had cocktails daily which are very cheap, strong and the breakfast has an excellent cold and hot selection and they will serve to your room or by the pool at your stated time. We actually booked a few extra days and stayed for 9 days when we saw how beautiful it and the staff were. The reviews on East West say it all and deservedly so. We loved it and so will you.

Like Paradise on Earth”
I consider myself a fussy traveller. I take pains to pick a nice place to stay. I did not go wrong. In fact, East West Villas surpassed expectations!. Very friendly staff, the owner came around often to make conversation. Beautiful surroundings. Great time having breakfast by the poolside!. The rooms are huge! Mine had a bathtub. 15mins by bicycle to Hoi An old town, 5 min away to the farming areas ( if you're into countryside views! ) and 20 mins to the beach. Of course they will be happy to book a taxi for us on request. Overall i miss the verdant gardens, the pool and the generous breakfast sets! I miss the place already!

Thank you all the staffs at East West Villas Hoi An for making my stays memoriable. They were supper friendly and helpful. They provided us bikes to travel around ancient town which were really nice. The room was spacious and clean. I like room's design, especially the bathtub.The swimming pool was very clean. Last but not least, breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff”
The staff at East West Villas could not have been more helpful. We had flight difficulties and they were amazing at assisting us to rebook flights and were incredibly accommodating. Beautiful setting with a lovely pool and great breakfast options. Slight issues with blocked drains/toilet in the bathroom towards the end of our stay, and be mindful that the walk into town is approx 30-40mins, predominantly along roads. We managed this ok, but if unable to walk it would be ~$3-5 taxi into the centre of Hoi An. Overall very relaxing and beautiful rooms.

Lovely Hoi An Retreat”
My husband and I recently stayed here for five nights for our honeymoon. Right from check in, the staff were wonderful and we loved the feel of the place. The rooms are authentic, spacious and well-appointed. We particularly loved the option of having breakfast and other meals on our balcony! The pool is really nice too. East West is located 10 min from the centre of Hoi An or 5 min to the beach by bicycle, with the hotel providing them for free. It was nice to be staying away from the main tourist area. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers :)

We loved our stay here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.. We had an upgrade on our room, it was spacious and the bed was huge!! ... Breakfast in our room every morning was perfect.. Location is good Inbetween the town and beach ... Bike or taxi is needed to get to either.. Advice: don't use yellow taxis from town back to villa.. They rip you off and are rude! Make sure you use green taxis :) ... Overall amazing stay at east west villas and would definitely stay again

Everything about our stay at East West Villas was amazing! From the gorgeous infinity pools, to the luxurious breakfasts to the ONLY comfortable bed we experienced on our trip, we were wowed. The staff here will go above and beyond to truly make your stay special. They even helped us locate a doctor that spoke english after we started to feel sick. Very nice hotel”
The East West Villas hotel is very nice. The staff is very kind. Free bicycle. Scooter to rent for 5 USD per day. Very good breakfast that can be serve in your room. Very tasteful decor in the room. Awesome bed and bathtub. Tips : Our room 104 had a big lack of privacy : big window in the bedroom on the front garden and big window in the bathroom on the back garden, so we basically had to keep the curtains closed all the time. A bit sad when you like day light.

We felt right at home at East West Villas. They organised our pickup from Da Nang Train Station. Vien was a great driver and very friendly. The reception staff were so helpful, thank you Huong and Dieu! The pool was perfect. The location great. The room very clean. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend. (the only thing we didn’t like was the stones on the bathroom floor - look pretty but very uncomfortable for walking on!)

Beautifully presented hotel and wonderful staff”
We loved staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, happy and relaxed, always willing to help and arranged things for us with no problem at all. The setting is beautiful - the gardens are tranquil and very well-maintained, a great pool and there are only 18 rooms so it is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also very good and brought to us, whether we wanted it in the room or by the poolside. We absolutely loved our room - we had a 'Happiness' villa. It was very spacious with a huge and very comfy bed. The bathroom is also very spacious with a gorgeous bath and separate shower. All very modern and well-done. The hotel provided us with bicycles that we could use at our leisure so that we could bike into town. It is a very pleasant and easy 10 minute bike ride into the centre of the old town. We had a very relaxing 3 nights in Hoi An and wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay!”
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at East West. The staff were attentive, considerate and even arranged a surprise cake for my birthday, that my boyfriend requested. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, complete with a bath fit for four! The pool was a nice place to relax and towels were provided. They also bring you breakfast to your room, which we enjoyed on our balcony. They were the best breakfasts we had during our entire South East Asia trip! East West is a five minute taxi ride from the centre of town. We loved our stay and our only criticisms are that the wifi was very weak in our room and our "king bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, making for a pretty uncomfortable sleep considering there's a noticeable gap between the beds. Thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception! You made our stay fantastic!

Very comfortable beds make for a pleasant sleep. The location is great, half way between the old town and the beach. Lovely place, couldn't recommend it enough.
