The location is close to major tourist areas no matter where you go. It is connected to the subway and close enough that you can go back to your accommodation without getting wet when it rains. The staff are very friendly and provide good service. They help with luggage, smile brightly, and are cooperative with various requests. When using the executive room, finger food buffets and cocktails are free at the 32nd floor lounge during happy hour. The quality is very satisfying for the price. Breakfast has a variety of foods and is generally satisfying. There were travelers from various countries. The departing flight was at 3am, but they also kept our bags in the lobby and guided us to the 14th floor swimming pool to shower after playing outside. It was great. The interior is clean and feels like there are no bugs, and the room is spacious and has a good sense of openness. The view is also good. I highly recommend it.

It has its own access to MRT which is great too! We love how innovative the hotel too is, they have an app that is easy for us to make requests or check anything. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The receptionists, bell boys, cleaners and servers were all nice and helpful. Special mention to Gabbi for being so patient in guiding us, as first time tourist in BKK. Only downside is the road where it is located, there’s traffic jam during rush hours, in which hotel is not at fault! so better book taxi early. Overall experience was amazing and definitely highly recommended. We see ourselves going back to that hotel again. 🧡

Always stays at this hotel when i am in BKK due to clean comfy room, access to BTS and good spread of breakfast buffet. But this time only recommend 4.5 stars due to 2 issues. First the toilet basin emits slight sewage smell and the jug kettle has black residues belived to be from the kettle itself and changed the next day. Another perculiar incident is that i have to borrow a scissors from concierge to use it to cut the masking tape to pack the foodstuff into a carton box which concierge earlier directed me to buy from 7-11. The concierge on duty at the night of 16 Sept was hesitant to borrow it and have to call someone to get approval citing its a sharp object. I told him i can just buy one from 7-11 too and i havr asked for cutleries from housekeeping which they duly provide. These has fork and knife too. Doesnt understand the logic behind it.

One of the better hotels I've stayed at”
I had no connection to the Eastin and booked it based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Super modern, super clean, super staff. A highlight was the gym on the 14th floor, well equipped with a great view of the city from the treadmills. The bar, Italian restaurant and pool deck is so well thought out. It creates a lovely vibe especially around happy hour. The infinity pool/bar are on the 14th floor and the pool is going to make you want to post pictures on Instagram like a teenager. It's quite spectacular. Lovely pool lounge furniture to lounge on and read a book while being served cocktails. It's a tough life. The rooms are a little compact but the bed is massive and everything is very modern and super clean. I have very little negative to say about this hotel. The lobby is impressive but quiet as the bar/cafe in the lobby is closed. I personally like a bustling lobby but it's not a big deal. Special mention to Eddy and his team at the bar. What a great bunch of people, so friendly and accommodating. Makes me want to go back to the hotel just for happy hour and to have a chat. I gave 4 stars for the location but it's not really the hotels fault. I just found Sathorn to be a bit dull, with not much in the way or entertainment. But there is a crazy street restaurant on the block which I enjoyed and 7 Eleven a few steps away. Oh one major benefit of this hotel is it is the only hotel in the city that has direct access to a train station. This is a really excellent feature, you exit and enter on the third floor and it makes traveling the city a breeze. I highly recommend learning the trains, it's not difficult and it's worth it because traffic in Bangkok is a frikking nightmare. Anyway, I'd definitely stay here again, it came to feel like home. 5 stars indeed and excellent at the price I paid on Agoda.
