Hotel is located on soi 8 and near the all happening places in Pattaya. Easily accessible from both Beach road and 2nd Road. 7/11 and bars just a stones throw away. The staff were very polite and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies were good but they have to give more time in mopping the rooms. Stayed for a week and had a great time. Its so cheap and that too in the middle of everything! I ll stay here again next time.

Bdudget Hotel, Satisfactory”
Location fantastic for both Beach Road and PattayaSaiSang Road. Hotel was ok interms of price. Room was spacious as we had a double bed. We had a beach view from the corridor. Swimming pool was included but not very clean. Staff were good nothing bad found about them. Room was non smoking but corridor was allowed to do so. Two small bottles of water(each day) and safety box was included too. WiFi wasn't that much bad. We browsed youtube, messenger and other important apps and browser as well without any trouble. Room cleaning was done everyday. In A huge lobby outside the reception we spent long time together... Air condition was ok. What elase I should expect within this range. My mission was to stay in pattaya in low budget as it was the 2 nights staying of total 10nights in Thailand. I was successful and nothing bad happened. They collected the payment when we reached the hotel using the card that I entered while booking on Agoda. Nothing wrong with the hotel. I did not expect that much in this range. I should say wow Eastiny Plazza u r helping people like me who intend to have great travel experience within a limit and not worry about. And thnx to Agoda as it was our first experience with u.

Good location by Soi 7 & Beach Road”
I'd stay here again. The hotel is dated (pool area and room), however you're in a prime location for that part of town, and the price point is very fair. Bonus is that next to the WonderCat Bar (a few buildings up) on Soi Night Out, is an awesome 'StreetFood LeanToo' that has the most incredible spicy chicken & rice bowl for 60 ThB. Great for a hangover!

You are totally right because our hotel is located adjacent to Central Festival Shopping Centre. Not only that but we are adjacent to Pattaya nightlife, shopping, eating options -and basically the whole nine yards. Our guests can get a lot from staying with us! The hotel was conveniently situated for the nightlife and close to the beach. The noise from the bars was no problem for myself but others may not like this. There is a 7 eleven and ATM's nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was acceptable for a budget hotel and was cleaned daily.

I Thought I’d pay extra by booking a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately the room I was given was not the one in the images as it had seperate rooms rather than one big open plan.It also faced Soi 7 which has thumping music until 3am. I was kindly moved to a smaller room overlooking the pool which was much better. My advice- don’t book a suite.
