Great location, right in front of Save More, Taco Koco, a Korean restaurant, and McDonald's. Within 2-5 minutes walking distance, there are local restaurants in Subic. The swimming pool is also great, and there is a beach right in front of it. If you go to the side, there is a white sand beach. It's a perfect place with nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again with a 150% intention.

This place was good value for the location. It’s on the main strip with other resorts/hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were basic but had the needed amenities, and got daily cleaning. We enjoyed the pool, which was a pretty good size. Be warned that while there technically is beach access, it’s small and not the type you would actually lay out or swim at. More like a rocky strip by the water. We opted to pay for day passes at close by more expensive resorts with better beach access and different aquatic sports/activities. Also because this is a strip catered to resorts/tourists there isn’t much to do besides the activities provided by the resorts. The street is just different restaurants, gift shops, and massage parlors Great if you just want o relax by the pool, but not if you want more than that, or to explore anything cultural. Also you will get approached a lot by people trying to sell you things when you do go out on the street, but they accepted “no thank yous” readily enough.

Sadly the hotel needs a lot of TLC but excluding that, the staff in every section have been absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The swimming pool is huge and kept clean. The food in the restaurant is very good and I loved the breakfasts. The area where the hotel is located did not feel too safe for 2 women to wander about. Boat trips are amazing. In conclusion is you are looking for an upmarket hotel forget it but if you want somewhere that is clean and very friendly take the risk. I would certainly stay again if I come back to the Philippines

On first impressions the hotel is on need of some refurbishment to return to its obviously prior grandeur I'm it's heyday However have given 5 star as its staff are excellent In particular the restaurant waitet who has been there for over 20 years It is a great location for the airport but you are not bothered by any flight paths There is a small section of private beach but the pool is fantastic with easy access to your room with a discreetly positioned elevator Rooms on floor 4 offer a great view of the sea from a small balcony Beds in these deluxe ocean view are huge and comfortable Visit The roof top bar of a nearby hotel for happy hour with a trike for 50 pesos There is also a nearby supermarket We kept our rooms on during the next day for a good price that the staff were willing to offer after negotiations

Overall, place is only good for its outdoor pool facilities. Staff are friendly. For hotel rooms, I'd recommend you stay somewhere else and just visit here if you'd like to use the swimming pool since they have day use rates. There are far more cheaper but better looking rooms in the area where you can stay. Pros: Nice and picturesque outdoor pool area. Cozy and home-feeling restaurant. Cons: Room is not worth the price. Air-conditioning is not cold enough, can get really hot when you sleep under their super thick comforter. There were visible dirt streaks on the sheets and headboard. We got locked in our room inside because the double lock wouldn't budge so we got transferred to another room once they opened it (they allowed us to bring the pillows to new room, nice). Key cards can get disfunctional (said it was due to card being placed near phone but they didn't inform us the first time it happened, they told us only when check out time was near, we had to keep asking for hotel service to come open the door for us). We tried to ask for at least an hour or two late check out extension for this inconvenience but to no avail haha. You have to use your phone if you call reception because there is no telephone in room. No breakfast buffet, you are given choice of breakfast sets (anywhere from eggs, toasts, garlic rice, bacon, corned beef, coffee, fruit juice, 2 slices of 2 kinds of fruits, etc, hardboiled egg was not hot, fruit slices were not cold). Poolside surface is disintegrated which makes it sharp to the touch, it scratched my fingertips that my phone could no longer recognize my fingerprint. I was enjoying the 6ft pool but can't swim so had to rely taking support on the poolside. Building seems like an apartment turned into hotel. Beach was thumbs down (kinda halfway max high tide so I'm not sure how it looks on high tides), there was a dirty coppery streak in the water and seaweeds. I didn't dare dip in.
