Hotel Ambit Barcelona
Eixample,Barcelona - View on map
"The room is of a normal size considering its location. But one can tell the hotel tried its best to make it as comfortable as possible. Personally speaking i think they achieved that. Someone used to complain about the glass wall between the shower and the bedroom, but there is a blind. Others complain about toilet separate from the shower, which is the most common setting in this part of Europe. The staff are just great. All the tips they gave us were extremely useful, saving a lot of time and made our visits in Barcelona smooth and enjoyable. Gracias! We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, so really can't tell about that."

Hotel Ramblas Internacional
La Rambla,Barcelona - View on map
"We stayed at Internacional Cool Local Hotel from 25th to 28th November 2012. It was our first time in Barcelona and we arrived from the airport by train and Metro. When we came up from the Metro station at Las Rambla the hotel was just across the street and very easy to find. We found out the the location was perfect for a first time visitor to Barcelona. Our room 208 was actually two rooms and the size was perfectly even though we do not stay much in the room when we visit a big city like Barcelona. Our luggage did not arrive on time and the hotel helped us in all way and followed us up perfectly. If we should be very critical we could mention that the beds could be better (two single beds put together) and the TV only had german RLT and CNN. Overall a very nice hotel that we can recommend. "

Centre Esplai Albergue
Barcelona Airport,Barcelona - View on map
"The hotel is located in two bus-stops distance from the Barcelona airport. We took a taxi (20 euru) as we had a heavy suitcase and it was night. On our way to the hotel, we saw two buses 16 & 17. The receptionist speaks fluent English. He was very efficient and polite. We got a room for 6 persons, though there were 3 of us. The linen is impecably new and clean. The room was also clean. If not to open windows, there were no insects in the room. We had a time-gap only 5 hours before our flight to Tenerife, but we managed to take a shower and to stretch on the bed that was very convinient before a next long flight. In the morning we got three packages with free breakfast, which was also very convenient and pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel for a transfer passangers! Отель я выбирала по показателям цены и близости к аэропорту Барселоны, так как у нас была ночная остановка перед рейсом на Тенерифе. Рекомендую отель: чистый номер, абсолютно новое бельё, бесплатный сухой завтрак!"

Barcelona Universal Hotel
Sant Antoni,Barcelona - View on map
"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Barcelona and couldn’t have been better. - Excellent location- 10 to 15 minutes to La Ramblas, right infront of McDonalds and Subway and one of the best restaurants I’ve been to (Antic Cafe), next to several supermarkets and clothes shops (including Carrefour express) - If you want to reach any place in Barcelona cheaply you could use the metro right infront of the hotel or use the bus on the other side of the road. I would recommend to buy 10€ ticket of 10 rides either by bus or metro. - The best thing about the hotel is its staff. They were really helpful in telling us the places to visit in Barcelona and how to reach them by metro or bus using the hotel map which was extremely helpful. MANY THANKS TO MR SERGI AND ALL THE STAFF!! They made the hotel feel more than a 5 stars and I haven’t found such welcomes staff like that in any hotel in the countries I have visited. Further to that, they gave my baby boy a balloon every time they see us. Really don’t know how to thank them! - Very rich breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and great drinks - Beautiful panoramic pool and rooftop to enjoy with a great bar to enjoy all sort of drinks and cocktails. P.S. Don’t forget to reserve for the cocktail classes or visit during their free beer tasting time. - Large spacious rooms which are cleaned everyday - Definitely would be back soon and I highly recommend it specially for all the service it offers compared to its affordable cost. Casa Gracia Barcelona Hostel
Gràcia,Barcelona - View on map
"I stayed at Casa Gracia on March 2015 with my parents. I was so excited because it was the first time in Barcelona for me, and also for my parents, it was the first time in Europe. When we got the hostel right from the airport from Korea, we were exhausted, but since we saw the room, it was really nice and we could be relaxed. Room was very nice, the bathroom was big with wonderful bathtub. We were satisfying with the room, location, and kind staff. It took only a couple of minutes from the subway station - very easy to find. Also the best part of staying at Casa Gracia was on my mom's birthday. I asked a nice restaurant for my mom's birthday to a staff, and I found the Hotel has every evening special dinner time with different program.( Such as live music show, Tapas night and so on.)It was Live music night on my mom's birthday, so I made a reservation for dinner. All staff celebrated my mom's birthday, and baked amazing cake for her. Also wonder champagne with lovely live birthday music just for her. My mom was tired at that time because of jet-lag, but still now she sometimes mentions about her special birthday at Casa Gracia and says it was really fantastic. Also personally myself, the welcome post card on the table was soooooo adorable. If I visit Barcelona one more time, I would like to stay at Casa Gracia again. Thank you for all the staff that I could have wonderful memories in Barcelona."

Melia Barcelona Sarriá
Les Corts,Barcelona - View on map
" Lovely hotel but situation was just a bit quiet for us. Hotel is in business district and more than walking distance to the centre of the city. We needed to take a cab to "where it was all happening" and for any sight-seeing. Very few Restaurants or Tapas Bars around the area but Hotel Restaurants were very good. ( We prefer to try eateries typical of the local area or country when holidaying and so travelled downtown for most meals). We chose this hotel for our first night in Barcelona as we were to spend the following two nights here with a pre-booked tour with Insight Vacations. We were very pleased with the standard of accommodation and would certainly recommend the hotel to others."

Campanile Barcelona South Cornella De Llobregat Hotel
Cornellà de Llobregat,Barcelona - View on map
"New hotel complex in a busy area with large rooms (for a new hotel) tea/coffee making facilities, large firm but comfortable enough double bed, several comfortable pillows, bedside tables, 1 chair, a long bench seat, plenty of bench space, small flat TV screen with 3 English speaking channels, airconditioned but not heated and free slow WIFI in the room. Ask for a quiet room if desired. Staff spoke English and were efficient. Clean small bathroom with large shower, soap, shampoo and shower gel but no hand towels. Good location just outside Barcelona. Be aware that there is a hotel with the same name in another part of Barcelona. "
