Cute guesthouse in the heart of Pai ”
We booked the queen bed room and it was cosy, clean and ideal for our short stay. This accomodation is perfect if you want to be central as it’s a minute walk from the walking street and cafes. Note: Pai is lively at night, whilst it’s down a quieter road than most places, you’ll still hear music till about 12. There is a reggae bar next door that plays live music quite loudly. If this is an issue for you, you would be better looking for a place just outside Pai centre. But we thought it was the perfect compromise to be so close to everything!

If you're looking for something simple (but with amazingly fast wifi), this place is wonderful. The owner keeps a beautiful garden around the rooms and makes you feel like you're in a nature enclave while in the middle of the town.

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay in one of the little huts at Evergreen Guesthouse. The location was perfect and the owner was always very welcoming and friendly. We recommend staying at this place, especially because of the affordable prices.

Stayed 4 nights with them. It is located less than a 5 minute walk from walking street and three main street. It's a simple cabin room with a fan and comfortable. The only watch out is that there's a reggae bar a few doors down, so you can hear music until midnight...at least!

Simple stay”
A simple guesthouse that has bungalows. In a quiet road during the day and at night can have light music playing in the distance. The staff is friendly and professional. Check-in was easy and they go out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. Didn't like that on our last night a group of people were quite noisy at 3:00 am talking outside quite loudly and didn't respect other people who were already sleeping. Maybe it was the fact that Argentina won against France? hmmm... Great location that is only a few minute's walk to the main town with the night market and even closer to the bus station, which is convenient. Bungalow itself was small, but for short stays, it is good for a single or couple. Hot water was good but at nights (December) is very cold.

It located just off the Main Street, you get the peacefulness yet walkable to all the night market and pub nearby. It get real cold at night during winter month, sound proofing is an issue too. But overall value stay.

Simple, budget stay in the middle of Pai”
If you're not into renting a scooter to explore Pai, it might be great to stay in the middle of town. We slept here for a few nights and really liked that it was so close to everything. Our street was rather quiet, so you don't really hear much from the noisy bars. But yes, the walls are incredibly thin. So if your neighbour snores...

A quiet place just a few steps from the crowds”
I chose this place for its location, just 2 min. away from the Market Walking Street. It's the perfect location if you are on your foot in Pai and chose not to ride a scooter because everything is at walking distance. The bungalows are big enough and clean and you have your own toilet so you have privacy. It's true though, as I read in some reviews, that if there are another guests in the bungalow beside yours you can literally hear every single thing that occurs there. The bamboo-made bungalows require guests to be respectful with the other guests but since that was my case I can't complaint.

Beautiful place to relax & breathe”
Evergreen Guesthouse is really close to the Main Street but extremely quiet with some nice places to eat just outside the door. The bungalows are really cute and cosy and there’s a lovely seating area outside. The rooms & bathroom are clean and the hot shower worked. The woman running the place is helpful and kind. It’s a great place to refuel and relax a bit while enjoying Pai at the same time. The prices are really low too. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable time at Ever Green”
Nice little bungalow with a fan (though it was still very hot), hot water (though unnecessary because it was... hot), in a good location, and the staff always brought us waters and toilet paper daily. The only thing I didn't like was that the price changed for the room depending on if it was for 1 or 2 people, which I found odd for a private room. I accidently inputed 1 person instead of 2 and was told to pay 100 extra baht per day for the second person.

SO WORTHY - Perfect stay”
About the room : Clean, comfortable, enough place for two persons. We loved so much the woody bedroom. The bathroom is simple but everything you need is here : Shampoo and soap displayers, pleasant showerhead, enough place to not put water everywhere. Drying rack available and hangers. The staff person is very kind, smiling, and bring you everyday some iced water and toilet paper - we do not have this attention in other guesthouses that we booked in Thailand for the same price. + The little garden is lovely and you have a sitting area with pillows for spending some time in the evening. About the location : PERFECT - There are many restaurants in the street that are so tasty, you can also find massage houses. Also next to the night market and to the bus station, you can do it by walking. I don't have any negative point, maybe the soundproofing ? You can hear the Gecko's shout in the night, sometimes. But this was funny, knock on the wall and they run far away from your bungalow :)

The Ever Green is central to the town and only a few minutes walk to the Bus Station. The bedroom huts are basic, the plus is that you have your own bathroom and there is free tea & coffee available each morning. I would stay there again.
