Words cannot describe our experience at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay! We travel a lot and only stay in the nicest resorts. I can say without a doubt, this place is amazing! Even though I read a lot of the reviews, which were similar to our experience, Four Seasons managed to exceed our expectations!! Every single person we encountered knew our name, and everyone continuously asked how they could make our stay more enjoyable. We didn't encounter a single bug or mosquito.... they fog every other day, and the food was over-the-top as well! We hope to return again in the future! Thank you Philip! You're obviously doing an amazing job running this resort!!

They say that first impressions count- well at the four Seasons they certainly have that covered! Breathtaking views from the moment you arrive at the reception for check in. every single person you meet has a smile and a greeting, from the Hotel manager to the gardeners- outstanding customer service. Our deluxe villa with ocean views was incredible. The most comfortable bed, welcome fruits and drinks to greet our arrival and again, incredible views across Jimbaran bay. We loved our time at the four Seasons and can't wait for our return visit.

Nice and Relaxing stay in Bali. Real treat”
We had a great time there. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with ocean view and private pool. The whole villa and sea view are definitely a treat in this vacation. They know it very well how to make the best pool, with the pool water temperature always ready for you to jump in and enjoy yourself. The architectural and interior design of the villa is quite elegant, with Balinese style mixed with any modern lifestyle needs, make it a comfortable yet typical Balinese experience. The breakfast is great, as expected, especially nice if you order to have in the villa. Before we came, we checked online and learned issues about tipping, expensive wifi service, relatively isolated location, etc. The real experience is: tipping is not compulsory, you can tip when you feel like necessary and satisfy, we always tip the housekeepers, but not the case to all the buggy drivers; the wifi service is free but can only allocate 2-3 devices, and the network speed is not fast enough; you literately can go nowhere without a car or chauffeur service, the only place you can reach by foot is the Jimbaran beach cafe area (you can find seafood bbq there), so we planned our day-tour chauffeur in advance and save a whole day to spend in the villa the day before we left. The garden built by the sea is quite lovely. We love to spend some time walking and sitting in the garden no matter at night or in the sunshine. After we checked out and waiting for our taxi to the airport, we got around 30 minute to waste, we chose the garden for the last bit of Bali. Then we came across a guy (he seemed like a manager at the resort hotel) who asked us get out of the air-conditioning business center (the receptionist suggest us to stay there while waiting), and annoyingly insisted to take us to the restaurant for drinks instead of staying in the garden (we just had breakfast and could not have any more drinks). Anyway, we enjoyed the resort, and everything's good as expected.

great rooms and beautiful view”
one of the greatest hotels that i've ever stayed at. beach view villas built on the side of a hill over looking the bay. beach view villas come with your own covered outdoor gathering area in addition to a huge villa with a huge bathroom, and a small garden with your own horizon pool. awsome! staff is very helpful and attentive. we've had some problems with our travel plans and both the four seasons and agoda went out of their way to make the best of a difficult situation for me. great overall experience!

Timeless design and great location”
The Four Seasons at Jimbaran brings an air of calmness and tranquility from the moment one arrives. The wlecome is professional and quick, and before you know it one is in the privacy of a bautifully designed and luxurious villa. Unlike many other five star luxury resort hotels, this one never feels dated though it has been there for perhaps more than two decades.We found the service consistently high, and all aspects of the products they deliver of excellent quality. We plan to go back as soon as possible.

it is very impressive experience in four seasons jimbalang. we stayed in 3 bedroom residence villa. it is very big even though the facilities are a bit old. however, their service is excellent. the barter, wayan, is very considerate and helpful. my daughter loves kids club very much and went there together with her cousin every day. i will definitely choose four seasons again when i come to bali next time.

this reosrt is far better than its wenbsite give sit credit for, it was absolutely gorgeous and had such a great energy about it, not to mention the attention to detail.. the grounds were beautifully kept and the staff always so friendly and helpful... it is definitely a resort where you don;t need to leave the grounds for the duration of your holiday! the only negative i would say is that the prices were a litt on the $$ side, expected a a four seasons i guess, but still for toast is a little ridiculous!

Fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful beach front property with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a Four Seasons. Extra friendly staff, excellent breakfast selections, a great beach good for swimming and hanging out (not surfing). Good sized rooms, nice bathroom. Highly recommend this place for your Bali getaway.

Ah-mazing”
An absolutely gorgeous property, great and very attentive staff (they actually cleaned my flip flops each day!), and wonderful food and service. You cannot beat the location. While a little farther away from town and all the action, Jimbaran Bay is so special. Delicious food, taxi service, clean and very very comfortable beds and all the amenities you could possible want. It's a true 5-star place. This was my 2nd of hopefully many more visits. I highly recommend this property.

a great place in jimbaran. the service is great, from the reception to the buggy driver, also our house keeer. they have a american beauty named rachel who can speak excellent chinese. though you may not need, while quiet considerat and warming. i choose the villa type due to honeymoon indulgence and relaxation. i love the private pool in my yards and we spend whole afternoon swimming and relaxing there. then we go out for dinner and a walk. the hotel beach is quiet different from nusa dua, quite nice and cool, also jouful and noisy in the saefood bbq area. great and best choice among my 3 hotel stay in bali, with surely the highest price per night. value for money.

the villas are at the top of confort and calm with a little private pool. the personnel is great : discreet and competent, always with the smile. the view on indian ocean and jimbaran bay is beautifull. i warmly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at Four Seasons Jimbaran for 2 nights, we had a great experience, and the staff were amazing! The only issue I had was it's a very quiet area with almost nothing to do close by. But if you're looking for a relaxing, secluded trip then it's the perfect place!

As you mention, Jimbaran Bay is away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic areas, as the heart of the island’s fishing community. Seminyak’s shopping and nightlife is about a 45 minute drive, Uluwatu/Bukit area’s beaches and surf breaks are 20-30 minutes away, while Ubud is 75 minutes away. The airport is a 20 minute drive. On-site resort activities include surfing lessons, cooking classes with a chef-guided tour of the famous Jimbaran Fish Market, yoga and water sports, temple tours with our priest and Balinese cultural activities. The hotel is very near to the best seafood in the whole island that is blue merlin in kedonganan.the view of the ocean and airplane landing every hour relentlessly but minus the air pollution .our room is front of the ocean view where you can enjoy the same from the wonderfully and clean plunge pool.there are nice love huts on choice location with wonderfull view!i recommend no other than 4 season in Bali

Cant think on any other place to stay in Bali!!”
I think the most outstanding thing about this hotel si the staff and how they treat you! We arrievd at midnight and they just let us go to our room straight leaving check-in formalities fo rhte next day. The buggy service is very quick, never had to wait. Room views are breathtaking. Dinners at Sundara are simply unforgettable. If you have ever dined at Kudeta and loved it - well imagine better than that. Rib eye is to die for in particular. After staying here I found it very difficult "to like" any other place on Bali...we definetely going to be back (which isnt very typical for us since we like to try out new places all the time).
