(1) Staff were so accommodating and kind, they lent us 2 univ sockets so we won’t have problem with charging etc. (2) Hotel’s location is excellent, there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel and it’s near Rochor station, it was delightful that we didn’t encountered any issues related to transpo. Had a wonderful experience staying here with my brother and cousins at the end of June 2025. The vibe's overall very chill and calm. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Space's a bit tight but enough for 2 backpackers. Particularly enjoyed how bright and clean the bathrooms are. There's bidet. Tap water was drinkable but a bit too chlorine-y for me. Location is in great distance from city center, although keep in mind it's in a one-way road if you're using buses like our group.

rooms are very small, but very clean. if you intend to use the room for sleeping and taking a bath, it is perfect. there is a very small 7-11 store downstairs where you can buy some snacks and drinks,,, not much choice though. bus stop is right infront of the hotel. coffee and tea is provided everyday. tap water is potable so no bottled water provided. hallway of each floor looked very clean and fresh smelling. bedroom slippers may be requested but they ran out. no face towels. breakfast not included but you may buy breakfast.

“Bus stop in front of hotel!!”
Location was 5/5 super nice because there was a bus stop in front of the hotel and the Little India mrt station less than 10 minutes walk (less probably once construction is finished). It was also beside a 7-eleven though a small branch. The indian resto near it was a fave of ours! Room was cozy but probably reasonable by singapore standards. You can only open 1 big suitcase fully at a time. Cleanliness was 4/5 because the restroom is clean enough but could probably use some deep cleaning. Otherwise, there was room service everyday, they replace towels but not the sheets. Air conditioning was superb and heater was blisteringly hot. Wish the sockets were all universal though! Only 1 was, good thing I brought an adapter and an extension wire. If you choose pay at the hotel, they have an app where you pay and check in a few days before. Then you get issued a digital key via the app. You can still request for a physical card though. Staff were friendly enough and the app made checkout efficient. Overall would stay here again if ever I go back to SG.
