fantastic hotel”
Staff is extremely helpful, got some good tips about transport from the front desk. Breakfast is good. we were bit concerned about noice since it was fully booked, but didn't hear a word and it was a really nice stay. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We are returning.

Excellent hotel ”
We stayed here in JUNE 2022 with an infant for 5 nights . Everything right from room size , cleanliness, maintenance, location , hospitality and warmth of staff from security to house keeping all superb We had taken a 1 room apartment . The charcoal restaurant serves Thailand best Indian food. Bug quantity and v good value for money . Right from 7/11, to bars , massages , tuk tuk taxi stand, plenty of restaurants all down stairs walkinh distance under 1 min walk to 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here and also recommend any one visiting to Bangkok to stay here.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time and they were kind to allow us to our rooms. Clean spacious room with all required amenities. Washing machine with drying was a bonus and very convenient. Great experience, good location, a lot of entertainment! Very lively. The hotels service is five stars, I highly recommend staying here. Cookie from travel services was amazing in planning our outings to floating market and gave the best and honest advice. We were 2 couples who stayed for about 1 day at Fraser suites sukhumvit,Bangkok. Rooms were v spacious ,neat and v well maintained. All facilities are provided in the room . The suite is the same as photos, the room is clean and big, just the floor is a bit old but overall is very good. There is washing machine with washing powder provided, which is very sweet.

Amazing staffs, clean and spacious room, amazing view from the balcony (don't forget to request for a balcony room), amazing rooftop bar (Above Eleven), free tuk tuk service (first come first serve - as they only have one tuk tuk standby there - to 3 locations like bts Nana, terminal 21 mall and one of the international hospital nearby), very convenient( few 7/11 nearby, supermarket and pubs). Will definitely stay there again!!

2- B-Room apartment well worth the price. 1 kitchen plus 1 pantry, 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms. 2 washing machines ensured we had clean clothes all the time. Drying racks provided to use on balcony. Cleanliness: Good. Need 10 minutes to walk out to main road to Nana BTS Station as Hotel Tuk Tuk is always full. (not good when it rains or if elderly). Wish there is a queueing/ ticket system. Breakfast had a good variety with a chef to cook eggs, pancakes, waffles and Indian breads on demand. There are convenience stores, supermarkets & restaurants just outside. Staff are proactive and one even used her personal phone to try to get us a Grab taxi when no other taxis were available. Gym and pool are adequate for short leisure stay. Will stay again.
