Stayed in a deluxe room, spacious and clean. Divided into an outside area with a living zone, TV, and a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove and exhaust fan. Some signs of usage but overall in good condition. Inside the bedroom, there is also a TV, DVD player, and radio for use. The bathroom has a bathtub that may be a bit small for someone who is 180cm tall, and the bathroom is connected to both the kitchenette and the bedroom. The breakfast may not have a wide variety, but everything is delicious. Whatever you pick to eat, it's tasty. The orange juice is delicious, and the pineapple juice is a bit sweet. It would be better if it's less sweet. As for the location, it may be in a small alley, which may be a bit difficult to navigate without Google Maps. Some homework needs to be done. However, it is in a convenient area for traveling anywhere. If you're willing to make an effort, you can visit Lumphini Park.

The best hotel since 4th time i went to BKK. Location ✅ near BTS and easy access in front of the hotel theres little restaurant and mini cafe to go to. Nearby laundry and legit seafood restaurant (Lek Seafood) also near with Lek Massage! and 711 too.. The cleanliness & the staff super responsive and welcome. Bidet in toilet ✅ super importart for us Indonesian 😆 You have to remind that FuramaXclusive is one of the biggest chain so you have to mention to taxi driver or tuktuk driver that this location is on Sathorn one, because there’s another FuramaXclusive nearby that is Silom branch one. Near also with the nightlife spots (Dj Station) and Patpong Night Market. We also feel comfortable and no creppy at all! We spent 8 beautiful night here. I’ve stayed here since June 12, 2020, and since the moment I arrived, the smiles, enthusiasm, and even the decor reminded me that I had arrived at a hotel that goes further - a residence that offers that extra special something. The appropriately modern rooms offer everything one needs to feel at home and connected. No issues at all with tech connectivity, and you’re offered the latest smart flatscreen TV (or multiple TV’s for premier and suite rooms), adjustable lighting configurations, and just the right amount of space for your personal items, food/drinks, and work projects (perfectly sized work area) and plenty of outlets to keep you powered. The bathrooms feel perfect, and the bed is plush with a dreamy mattress and fluffy pillows... details that are hard to achieve for many hotels at this price point. Impressive. To top it all off, you’re offered a wealth of entertainment options from a fresh curated take on local attractions via the latest super curved smart TV to great apps such as Netflix that helped me feel at home. Starting with the positive experiences I had as a single traveler, I must mention the spacious room, the large balcony, the relative quietness, and the convenient location. I enjoyed a relaxed 3-night stay with plenty of space and privacy, which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the sky train station. However, despite requesting a non-smoking room on a higher floor when making my reservation, I was initially assigned a dirty room that smelled strongly of smoke. I immediately requested an upgrade, for which I was charged extra. While the second room was an improvement in terms of cleanliness and smell, it still left room for improvement overall.

FuramaXclusive is an old hotel, no doubt. The wood on the sides of the bathroom sink is warped and broken in places, furniture is old and shower mixer doesn't work well in both the rooms we had. However, the upside to being an older hotel is that the rooms are super large with lots of relaxing space, lovely large windows, comfortable bed, good location in the heart of Silom and most of all—excellent value for money. Not recommended for those who wish to spend time in the hotel enjoying the hotel facilities because although the pool is okay the sauna doesn't work and the gym equipment are old and stiff / rusty. However, it is a highly recommended hotel for those looking for spacious rooms, a good night's sleep while being within reach of the metro, malls, food and entertainment venues without having to break the bank. The other upside to this hotel is its cheerful and ready-to-help-with-a-smile staff. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for a comfortable stay.
