Pretty decent hostel. Everything is okay except that the elevator is super slow- you'd rather walk 3 flights down that will only take you 30 seconds as oppose to the lift taking up 5 minutes AND there's only two showers/toilets per floor and about 30 people sleeping for floor. The wait for usage can be long. Finally, there's not enough seating at the pantry area- it can only fit about 20 people. Where will the other guests lounge?
Mr Hasan and his team are very Hardworking and Responsible, they do their best to clean the place and take care of every guest. They are mindful with the hygiene and cleanliness of bedsheets etc. Make sure guests are comfortable and safe. I am very impressed with Mr Hasan's leadership and capability, he has done a very good job in managing this hostel. I strongly recommend this hostel.
It's a pleasant stay. Self check in. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable and the bedsheets are clean. Shower place is well maintained and clean despite sharing among guests. Common area is a bit hot. But spacious enough. Overall the best part is the clean linen and clean room with no weird smell. The only need for improvement is the slow speed of elevator. Need to take the stairs to reach level 4. Will revisit on next trip. Recommended.
I had a great stay in this hostel. The location was very accessible and the restaurants on the ground floor of the facility were perfect as I don’t need to go far to have food to eat. Two bus stations were also nearby, therefore transportation is also accessible. Maybe the hostel needs to improve a bit on cleanliness on the toilets. But, overall, it was a great place to stay!

Rooms -- bed is comfortable, bouncy soft not hard. Can tell that bedsheets and quilt cover are washed daily. Generally 6 to 8 beds per room. Location -- excellent. One bus stop to Outrum mrt. Bus stop is right opposite hostel. Facilities -- fridge and microwave ; washing machines and separate dryers (3 each) Shared Bathrooms -- two on each level. Can have abit of waiting time during peak showering periods Overall, very value for money considering all aspects. Host is very prompt on Whatsapp. Love the self-checkin machine --- it's so easy, fast and fuss-free. Can check in anytime at my convenience.
