Very thoughtful amenities and customer service. Location is out of this world with many restaurants around. Unbeatable view from the room. The shower water pressure was so good and relaxing after a full day of travel. Room and bed is very comfortable. I'd definitely be back here again.
We impulsively went on a trip with my husband and booked it in a hurry two days ago. The location is good, and we even got to see a wonderful sunrise from our room in the early morning. We checked in late, so we mostly just slept, but the accessibility is great since the sea is right outside. I was worried because there are many restaurants nearby, but it was very quiet at night, so I had a good night's sleep. The unlimited self-service cold water on the first floor is also very convenient. Although it's not peak season yet, I think the facilities are beyond expectations for this price.
The children love the sea so much that this time we decided on Gyeongpodae as our destination and ended up staying here while looking for accommodation. It was a really clean and nice place. The sunrise I saw from the living room in the early morning was also very beautiful. One disappointing thing was that during the Olympic period, the kids were watching TV late into the night... so they couldn't play freely in the sea, but on the day before check-out, they had a great time getting swept away by the waves. Since we don't have a TV at home and only have a lot of books, I let the kids watch TV occasionally when we visit somewhere. It wasn't a travel schedule, so we spent a lot of time at the beach... I thought cleaning would be a hassle, so I didn't apply for it separately. Instead, they generously provided towels, and we brought our own bottled water and coffee to enjoy. The accommodation was so clean that after playing in the sea, we shook off the sand well, so there's no need to worry^^ Since it's by the seaside, it would have been nice to have some water outside the entrance to wash off the sand... but it seems like they cleaned it up because passersby also used it. Anyway, it was a relaxing and healing schedule. I will visit again if I get the chance next time.
The hotel is in a very central location near many restaurants, cafes, the beach, and Gyeongpo lake. The hotel is also newly constructed so in that sense better than most hotels around here. However, there were many small annoyances with my room. First off, there were lots of long hairs in the room - one long hair on the white sofa, two long hairs on the toilet seat. The room looked clean but seeing these hairs was not the best feeling. Next, the diffuser fragrances were overpowering, my lungs hurt. I had to put it outside on the balcony to be able to sleep. Third, it is October but the room was quite hot. It was cool with the balcony door open, but people were doing fireworks on the beach and screaming outside till 2am on a Monday night. I can't imagine how much worse it is in the weekend. The shower also does not have a curtain so the bathroom becomes an ocean of water. And they only provide large towel per room despite having two guests. This means one person can use a large towel after showering but the other person only gets a small hand towel. They gave me another big towel but the lady seemed annoyed I was asking. Also, the blanket is way too thick despite the warm weather. They need thinner blankets during warmer months. The room had an ac unit but no remote so I could not turn it on.. Just lots of annoyances..

I stayed for 2 nights, and even though it rained one day, the view was so beautiful. When I opened the window, I could clearly hear the sound of the waves in the room, which was healing without having to go anywhere. The clean room and pleasant scent made me feel that it was very well maintained. I was worried because there were reviews mentioning noise, but I didn't hear any noise from the next room at all, and with the double windows, I felt no noise whatsoever. The beach is just 10 seconds away, and there is a CU convenience store on the first floor. There are various restaurants close by, along with a 500ml bottle of water and a coffee machine in the lobby, which was very convenient.
