Spotlessly clean large room. An easy walk to the night market which is a must see. Take use of the free bicycles but make sure you get one with a working bell. You’ll need it. 😄 Lovely, friendly staff, particularly the woman (sorry I didn’t catch your name) on the front desk daytime.

Brilliant stay! ”
Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough to experience all the facilities. However, overall with our time here, no complaint at all. The location is great, it about a 15-10mins walk to old town and about 15mins bike ride to the beach. I would recommend biking to the beach because you get to go past the rice patty and vegetable village. The breakfast was great. For a veggie, I had a fair amount of variation to choose from. The staffs were helpful and are willing to support any way they can. We had an incident with the TV however, the staff promptly responded to our report. Even though we were the ones who fixed it, they ensure they didn't leave us hanging and called for maintenance asap. We were very pleased with the room, we came in and was like 'we wished we stayed here longer.' Big room, King Size bed, elegant bathroom with a decent balcony. We would defo stay here again!

Good location easy walking to Hoi an old town and market.exceptionally clean. Staff was amazing! Excellent breakfast buffet . Room was large and the bed very comfy. Overalll very quiet. Booked some trips through the hotel that were excellent. They changed money and their rate was excellent. Nice clean pool. Highly recommend!

Pearl and her staff are very kind, warm-hearted and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all polite and have excellent hospitality skills. Pearl, the manager, drove me into town on the back of her moped to help me buy a special brand face cream! The housekeeping staff keep our rooms spotless; The restaurant staff go above and beyond their duty. The receptionists are also so very helpful. Thank you all for making our stay in Hoi An so very special. We hope to be back!

Great accommodation in Hoi An”
Very welcoming hotel with nice receptionist n hotel helpers. Hotel room is very spacious. Just one thing to note is that if you are choosing the city view room, u might got free wake up call as early as 5am as the room is facing the main hectic road. Well it doesnt really matter as the sky already bright, can go for cycling. Will definitely choose this hotel again if to travel in Hoi An.

Perfect location between town and beach”
The hotel offers free bikes for a quick ride past the rice paddies to the beach or just riding around (don’t recommend for town, tho)). They also have free shuttle pick up to beach or old town. Staff was excellent and very helpful during my 2week stay.

I only stayed one night on my way to Ho Chi Minh City but was very impressed by this hotel. It is a little bit out of the way from Hoi An's centre but that could be a good thing as the centre can be very busy. I really appreciated the free loan of a bike even in riding it was a bit hair raising! The facilities including the pool were excellent. I had both lunch and breakfast there and the food was great, there's also a wonderful little clay pot restaurant on the same street a few doors down. The staff were extremely attentive. They knew my first name within an hour of checking in and greeted me. I plan to return to Hoi An and will definitely make this hotel my first choice.

We visited at new year with two teenage children and had spacious connecting rooms. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the old town and 30 minutes walk from the beach. We used the hotel's good quality and abundant bicycles for all trips, very enjoyable. The hotel has the loveliest staff, a lovely pool and is super clean. Recommended for all types of visitors.

Location was nice - between ancient city and and beach. Free bikes to ride to beach or free shuttle to beach or town. Staff was excellent and very helpful during my 2 week stay. Other than minor issues- key card continually failed and required multiple tries or resets, WiFi not good especially as hotel filled up, Tv needed resetting each time it was turned off. I was more disturbed by lack of environmental awareness not aware of not washing towels every day - especially with my 2 week stay. My request to replacie every day caused so much confusion I just reverted to their policy. They need to get hotel standards that hotels around the world are using. Also plastic water bottles...

This hotel is very cost effective. The rooms are quite clean and the breakfast was also good. And it's also quite close to the downtown. Staffs were very friendly and nice. Besides, there's some good massage shops around this hotel. But there's nothing to do in the hotel even though it has a pool. If you want to find the hotel for only good sleeping and breakfast with the nice cost, this hotel can be the good solution.

The employees are fantastic, especially Hanh! She gave us great recommendations for a tailor and restaurant for dinner. Hotel is walking distance of about 10-15 mins to Old Town and market. The hotel provides bikes for riding to the beach, which takes about 10 minutes, through the rice paddies, where you see water buffalo. Hanh was sooo kind and helpful, and she has the best friends for spa and pizza :)
