The staff are very helpful and kept the rooms clean, changing bedding daily or on request. Some of the rooms lack basic maintenance as we discovered on complaining and being allowed to choose one of the better maintained rooms. However, if we did complain that something wasn't working or broken it was dealt with promptly. Another drawback was the lack of a lift to each floor. I would recommend the Golden Hill for its location.

Location is just right. a few km from Airport, the Beach and the Ferry Pier to Off-Shore Island. They are under rennovation and some new facility may need some learning on how to setup. Nice worker.

Not bad. Basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the-near-to central location. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has no parking lots at their disposal and all guest need to buy parking tickets.

Took twin bedroom. So far, comfortable. Air conditioner was leaking a little bit. There was no lif, our room at the second floor. For those who need wheelchair not recommend to stay here
