Clean accommodation, large and beautiful rooms, very good design. The wide glass windows provide a clear view, especially during the day. However, the reflective glass makes it difficult to see the view at night. The hotel pays attention to details and impresses from check-in. The staff is polite and provides good service. They also take COVID-19 prevention seriously, wearing gloves and holding alcohol spray, which I have never seen before. It reflects that the hotel has good COVID-19 prevention measures in other areas as well. Overall, I really like it. The location is also good, everything is great. But please improve a little bit. The small red pillows on the bed have a musty smell. As for the parking card, it should have a record for guests staying so that they don't have to update it at the counter every time they bring their car in and out. The glass windows should provide a clear view at night, it would be perfect. But I won't deduct any stars because the advantages outweigh the minor issues during the stay.

Excellent, everything is good, even the Starbuck on the ground floor. Clean, very good service staff. There is a bar on the 17th floor with a great atmosphere and a view of Bangkok. The 23rd floor also has a beautiful view, suitable for sipping wine and enjoying the city view. Just three steps down from the room is Yaowarat Road, where you can find food all day and night. Staying here is really suitable for those who intend to visit Yaowarat. We highly recommend staying here.

Great location near the palace, both day and night. It's close to Yaowarat and can be walked for about 400-500 meters. The room is spacious, quiet, and has a swimming pool and fitness center. However, the breakfast is a bit ordinary, mostly Thai food, but there are many options. The staff is very good, but the parking lot does not have a sign indicating which floor to park on to match the elevator. You have to park on floors B2 or B5 where there is an elevator. There is a 360-degree view restaurant where you can go up and take pictures. The price is worth the view. Will definitely come back to stay.

A few nights in Bangkok”
We stays only a few nights and I am really happy with the hotel choice. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown with immediate access to night market, but also within walking distains to Grand Palace or Wat Arun. The boat pier is 6 min walk away and from there your travel options are limitless. We took Grab to the airport as our flight was in early hours, so cannot comment on public transport connectivity to the airports. The hotel room was of a decent size, I'd say on the small side to other places we stayed in Thailand, but sufficient for two. The balcony had a wonderful view of the river and skyscrapers, but also Grand Palace and Temples - for this I give them 5*. The GenZ bar was fun! We have not had time to try the top floor restaurant or the pool, but overall hotel facilities were spot on, so would not expect anything less. Breakfast was great with many choices - delicious fresh juices. The reception staff were really nice, but there is one person that requires special recognition - lovely lady named Sudarat - she is just amazing, kind, helpful, carrying and above all very professional. She's done everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and we cannot thank her enough.
