Staying at the Grand Hotel Duomo was truly a highlight of our trip to Pisa. The hotel is perfectly situated — just steps away from the world-famous Leaning Tower and the stunning Cathedral. Waking up and seeing these iconic landmarks right outside was an unforgettable experience, and made sightseeing incredibly convenient. One of the best parts of our stay was how smoothly everything went, even with the hotel being located within a ZTL (limited traffic zone). Since I had reserved a parking space in advance, the hotel provided clear and helpful instructions on how to access the parking area without any trouble. That level of communication and preparation made a big difference after a long drive. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s rooftop terrace restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner with an amazing view over the city — truly a special experience for my family. Breakfast the next morning was equally satisfying, with a good variety of options and attentive service that started our day off right. From the ideal location to the thoughtful service and wonderful meals, Grand Hotel Duomo offered a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.

The location is truly the best, only 5 minutes on foot to main attractions like Baptistery, Cathedral and Tower. While the cleanliness and ready-to-help stuff made for a comfortable experience, the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. It worked very slow and even crashed out sometimes. Overall, it offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it worth considering for future visits.
