When we arrived at the hotel room, it's 6pm and the sunset was reeally good And I have a lot of AGODA money so i save some money. There is the shuttle bus which take us airport that's why I love this hotel's location. I should go to T2 and The shuttle is reaally good vehicle for saving time.

Great Way to start the trip”
I arrived past the last bus shuttle schedule but when I called them, they immediately sent someone to pick me up free of charge. Loved the location, and the free shuttle is heaven sent. They also upgraded my room. But I think the highlight for me are the staff, from the concierge to the front desk, even to room service, they were very professional yet warm. They even called me at one point because they were worried I might miss my flight! Amazing!

Professional ”
Singapore and Korea have a VTL arrangement but many local smaller hotels do not not want to accept tourists who are waiting for their on-arrival PCR results. I got to know Grand Hyatt Incheon does. When I called to verify , a staff by the name of Chaeyeon was very helpful and assured me my friends and I could isolate ourselves in the room while waiting for the results. Taxi fare was only 5,000 won from Incheon airport. Upon check in there’s a guy who’s very friendly too. Can’t remember his name but he speaks English really well and we were attended by him during check in on 16 Nov at around 7pm. Room service food needs improvement. Extra bed was impossible to sleep on due to poor quality mattress springs. Our poor friend ended up sleeping on the coach which was more comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. The room has a kitchen nook, two bathrooms and a living room. It’s huge! We are just grateful we had a comfortable place to sleep in.

Nice, but... ”
It's 5 stars so obviously it's nice. I stayed here for the proximity to the airport and the fact that I could check in for my Korean Air flight in the hotel. Well, without notice the Korean Air counter was removed. So I could have stayed in any number of places close to ICN for MUCH less. Yes this place has a nice pool and exercise room. Yes the dining is very nice (but WAY overpriced), but it's just not worth it any more. It missed a lot of little touches I would expect from a 5 star hotel (and have gotten at much worse hotels) simple things like a spare tooth brush, sewing kit or even nice towels. Of these things it did come with towels and robes which were closer to sandpaper than plush 5 star. At any other place I wouldn't have thought twice about those things, but at a hotel that holds itself in such high regard I was surprised. This was not my first stay here, but it is probably my last.

Spent a night away here as a "mom getaway." I needed to kill a night while waiting for someone flying into Incheon. I booked a massage and upgraded to a suite. It was SO lovely. That being said, it was also very pricey. But well worth it for what I was looking for.

Finally a hotel that really cares about customers!”
My second stay with the hotel. Both my friends and I agree that there is nothing special about this hotel and when it comes to the price you need to pay for it, its not worth it unless you book a room via an agent. However, what made be want to make this review is because of how accommodating the staff of the hotel is, and they really put themselves in the customers shoes. The day I was about to leave, I was in fact running late for my plane. To my surprise, the staff seem to be more worried about me. And instead of getting a taxi for me, the staff was so accommodating and flexible that he made use of the idled hotel van and gave me a free ride to the airport. I am really thankful for that, otherwise I would have missed my flight. Having great staff really makes a hotel stand out! As for the room, its very clean, bed is comfortable, towels are new. No complaints at all apart from the price when you cannot book via Agoda! Would recommend staying at this hotel.
