The hotel's staff service is excellent and friendly. Guests have raved about the great breakfast with various options including croissant and congee. The hotel's best location is highly praised, with easy transport to/from Bangkok via Petkasem Road and a nice seascape. The large swimming pools, both sea view and pool view, have received many compliments from guests. Guests have found the hotel's facilities to be amazing and the environment to be relaxing.

The quality of the room is good, with a Thai style, spacious and comfortable. There are a complete range of services available. I stay here frequently because I like it very much. The breakfast is also of good quality with a variety of options. It's easy and convenient to travel here, but if you want to swim in the sea, I wouldn't really recommend it. It's better to swim in the pool, which is clean and enjoyable. There are three swimming pools. The staff is also very helpful. The parking can accommodate a lot, but during the high season, there might be so many cars that you'll have to park on the roadside.

Review: I was impressed from the moment I walked into the hotel. The male staff who took my luggage was very polite, spoke kindly, and provided excellent service. At check-in, they were pleasant, smiling, and quick, as well as at check-out. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and had a nice atmosphere. The swimming pool was large and very clean. The room was clean, spacious, and my children loved it. The bathtub was clean, the shower was clean, the water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the water temperature. The staff around the pool were attentive and considerate towards the guests, and they exhibited excellent manners. The security staff took good care, were very diligent, and were attentive to moving tables, adjusting umbrellas, and providing assistance. After check-out, I sat by the beach which was beautiful, clean, and serene, perfect for relaxation. I give it a full 10 with no deductions. On March 8-9, I will be back and bringing my mother along. I give it 10 stars out of 10. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation for my family.

Excellent hotel, large clean rooms, beautifully decorated . Staff helpful when asked but not very proactive. Across road from beach but beach very windy all day and not great for swimming as water comes up to stairs leaving no sand except for dead low tide. Located a long way from shops, restaurants, bars etc so ideal hotel if you plan to stay within resort but not very convenient for exploring surroundings.

An old hotel that still exudes luxury, preserving both classic and contemporary styles well. We stayed in room 133, a deluxe pool view room. The accommodation is located on the first floor next to the beach road. It only takes five steps from the back terrace of the room to reach the pool on the first floor. This was our first stay at this hotel, accidentally chosen because we wanted a room by the pool. It was a long holiday and we were looking for a room that same afternoon, and once we found it, we drove straight over to check-in. The first impression was not very good. It was exhausting! We walked from the front desk to our room and ended up getting lost on the way to the Italian restaurant because we misread the signs. In some areas, there were no signs at all. Luckily, a staff member helped guide us back, but it was very tiring. My husband, who uses a cane to walk, was pale and almost fell over because the walk was too long. Upon reaching the room, we were wowed. We began to have a better impression. The room is a mix of old and modern design, well-arranged. The bathroom is spacious, well-ventilated, and has strong water pressure. There are two bath mats provided as well. However, the first time we turned on the water in the bathtub, murky reddish water came out. After letting it drain and turning it back on, it improved. The lights in the bathroom and dressing area can be confusing; some spots have two-way switches while others have single switches. The room itself is spacious. The air conditioning is comfortable, although a bit noisy. There are extra pillows in one of the cabinets. The main downside is that the bed is not soft; it has a very hard spring mattress that should be replaced or supplemented with a soft topper. Regarding the swimming pool, I think it's too deep since it states 1.5 meters while it is actually 1.6 meters deep, and there’s no slope, which is very dangerous when stepping down three steps and immediately plunging into 1.6-meter depth. Also, the pool's staircase is inadequate, having only two steps. With a depth of 1.6 meters, a staircase that is much lower is needed – four steps would be ideal for better support when climbing out. What I really liked here is the cleanliness. It’s old but clean, making it look inviting and comfortable for relaxation. Therefore, we decided to extend our stay for another night, making it two nights overall without waiting to see breakfast tomorrow. The dining area here is quite large, offering a buffet with Thai, American, and European options. However, despite its size, it couldn’t handle the rush of customers all coming at once. On the second morning, we had to wait for a vacant table. It was noticeable that the menu changed significantly over two days, which is great. On Sunday morning, there were two additional savory dishes and a booth for Thai iced tea and traditional coffee.
