Exceptional Hotel”
Wonderful stay at this hotel, Room are very clean and large, great balcony. Location is very close to 2nd Rd and easy to walk through soi 3 to the beach. Close enough to the nighlife but also far enough away so not a disturbance. Great selection of Thai BBQ also very close and within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and check and out was completed quickly and without fuss. Looking forward to staying here again in November.

One thing i really like about this hotel is the room we got, it was spacious,carpeted and clean and the bed was wide enough for the 3 of us. They also got a business center in the lobby area. Location is great. Theres a 7 eleven right infront of it and a supermarket infront. Its also a walkng distance to the beach and terminal 21. i love and enjoyd our stay in this hotel. A few kind of breakfast”
A fewer kind of breakfast than I expected. There was a concert and it doesnt have sound proof. The AC sound is loud. The room is clean. The staff is nice and friendly. But we asked for more tissue and no one came to give. A bit disappointed for 5-star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much and even extended our stay because we were so happy with this hotel. Staff we extremely kind and the shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping mall was a major benefit. Spacious and clean rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet. At the time of check in I informed the reception staff we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They surprised us with a homemade birthday cake. Central Marina, Big C, Seven Eleven, Family mart are all in a walking distance. We enjoyed our three night stay at Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya.
