    “Excellent”

You should try this if you want an authentic japanese experience. You will get to sleep on the futon on tatami mats, use sliding doors and stay with other Japanese/foreign tentants. The landlady can speak english and is willing to help but you can only ask her questions after 4pm. You will need to buy your own toothpaste, tooth brush, soap, tissues from the nearby drug store but its not expensive. There is additional charges for using the aircon and washing machine but its also not expensive compared to staying in a hotel. Good for budget wary travellers who want an authentic japanese experience.
