Throughout the 3 months I stayed at over 50 hotels, this is the hotel where I truly felt cared for with exceptional service. I have worked in the service industry for over 12 years, and I believe they seem not to have received any training, but the result is a service that comes from within, which is truly commendable. 1. Thank you to the reception department for assisting with wound care supplies. 2. Thank you to the breakfast service staff for paying attention to service details. Personally, I like my bread quite toasted, and the staff standing far away ran to the toaster quickly because they were worried there might be a problem and hurried to check it. 3. Thank you to the night security staff, even though there was only one car in the entire alley at 2:00 AM, they were still aware of their duties to guard the car. This time, I had the opportunity to willingly give a tip to the staff, which is different from every other time I had to tip because it was simply my duty (in other countries, we tip 10-15% when eating out). This hotel is also the best value for money I have encountered.

Generally good. Oddly, there are no plug sockets available at the bedside - only on the far wall opposite - and there aren't many of those. Needed a bedside plug for medical equipment, so asked reception for an extension lead. They didn't have one. Asked for help to move the bed - they wouldn't help with that. So ended up moving the very heavy bed myself. It was filthy underneath the bed; clearly they have never been moved or cleaned - ever. On the plus side, I found 11 baht (25p, 30c) and er... old tissues. Otherwise, the rooms are large and the bed comfortable. Clean sheets and fridge, wc, shower sink etc. There's a very small balcony and the a/c is OK. Didn't use the pool - looks nice, restaurant or the bikes available for loan. There's a nice little Thai cafe 10m from the hotel - serves superb basic Thai dishes at good prices. There's a small shop and a bar - but little else within easy walking distance in the heat. Can arrange taxi to airport for 200 baht. Bear in mind at rush hour, it can take over an hour to get to the hotel due to immense traffic - this despite the hotel being near the airport.

I don't usually submit reviews, but the pictures don't match the actual. The construction of the rooms are not as nice, but that's okay because the price is affordable and there's also breakfast in the morning, which is a Pro. The main concern that I have is the cleanliness the beds were itchy. So that's something that they need to address.

Have stayed in this area many times, but first time at Blue Cozy. We booked for seven days. It's a modest, clean, affordable hotel that's a bit far from the main road (Lat Krabang). Not a big deal for us as we like to walk. Wifi is good. Complementary breakfast is adequate. We had an issue with loud, noisy neighbor the second night (the dreaded loud, rude hotel guest who thinks it's ok to slam doors, rearrange furniture, and scream into their phones when they arrive in the early AM hours), but staff relocated us to a quieter room. Overall, good for the price, but temper your expectations.

I've been staying at this cozy hotel everytime when I need to fly from Suvarnabhumi airport. I travel extensively and this hotel is perfect. It's economical and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights after a long flight from USA. Will stay 1 night in 4 days prior to flying to Hatyai. Grabs is inexpensive. I use Grabs motor cycle getting around from the hotel. Taxi from the airport is reasonable. With 4 huge suite cases. Ended up tipping driver much more than the taxi fee,lol. The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant. They allowed me to leave my suitcases in the office. Stayed in room 705, very nice and quiet. I was able to rest and sleep with earplugs in. I'm a light sleeper. Only you will hear is people closing their doors. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. Kitchen staff is working hard to provide a good meal. Swimming pool is nice, although I didn't use it, but it's lovely to sit around having fruits and tea, relax after breakfast. So many places to eat in walking distance. Inexpensive and delicious. Thailand is the land of SMILE. People are beautiful and honest. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. Will always stay at Cozy Blu.
