"Since it is a dormitory, there is no air-conditioner, which is a little bit hot during the summer days. Our room has a very nice view, which is having the view of the football court. The best part is - there is a Tim Hortons downstairs, especially when you are starving for coffee and donuts."

"There was no breakfast included in the hotel stay. The rooms are dated, could use a reno. Staff were decent, some of them are a bit rude though. Overall it was a decent stay, I would probably stay elsewhere next time unless this hotel was a lot cheaper. "

"Stayed at this hotel 1 night as my flight from Toronto got in very late, and I was expecting to be picked up by family next morning. Location was very good, 5 minutes drive from airport. Front desk staff helpful, courteous and fast. Room was a bit cold due to the time of year (January). Woken early in the morning by work team drilling a well outside my window, but that was a one-time thing. Hotel was quiet, rooms well-appointed. Buffet breakfast was not especially generous but it was sufficient. Front desk staff was kind enough to provide late checkout at no additional charge, which I especially appreciated. All-in-all better service than the other Halifax Airport hotels I've stayed at, and in similar circumstances in future this will be my preferred hotel choice."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room, the only con for the room was the shower curtain smelled very musty and it made the room smell. I called the front desk from my room and they brought up a new one immediately! Room service staff is very polite and friendly. Complimentary breakfast every morning is definitely a perk! Parking is not complimentary but is worth the extra money because it is gated (nice for extra security) and covered (I was here in the winter so not having to clean off my car was nice). Overall, 10/10 experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "

" Very nice hotel, with an ample, tasty breakfast, and incredibly comfortable beds. A Perfect location in downtown Halifax near the waterfront. Would’ve given it five stars, only before I got there an email had been sent by the hotel asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more pleasant. They mentioned some options, and I checked that I’d like a room on a high floor. When I got there, they had assigned me a room on the second floor. I’m sure they would’ve made an effort to change it, but I was too tired to deal with it. I guess the lesson is not to send out those friendly emails, unless there will be follow through. Otherwise had a very nice stay in this hotel. "
