I have tried several hotels during my long holiday in Hanoi, and so far, Hanoi L’Heritage Hotel is the best. The prices offered are very low, but the quality of service from the staff, the interior and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the hotel facilities, are the best. The staff here is very friendly and professional. The interior of the hotel room is very nice and clean, although there was a window in my room that only functioned as decoration since there was no sunlight at all, but overall I didn't mind too much. The room also has a smart TV, refrigerator, bathrobe, and large mirror. For facilities, they provide a gym that operates 24 hours and a breakfast restaurant located on the eighth floor (top floor), which is a beautiful restaurant because it offers a view of the city. I will definitely return here for my next visit.
Got the inter connecting room for parent and children to stay close beside each other. Rooms were clean and everything in working order. Great that the TV had Netflix available! Location wise, it was walking distance in 10 mins or less from the night markets, and the popular square by the river. Staff especially Jollie was very helpful in making our stay comfy and also made sure our tour arrangements (to outside of Hanoi) went well. Overall highly recommended for family with kids.
We stayed here for 2 nights and our party included elderly. The rooms were clean and location was great, and hotel breakfast spread was delightful. However, there is only one elevator in this hotel as the building is like the common vietnamese style buildings where its quite narrow, but this does not mean the room is cramped! In addition, the flight of stairs serving the 2nd topmost floor to the breakfast floor was quite dark and steps were narrow, so would suggest the elderly to take additional precaution as my father actually slipped and fell and fractured his shoulder. Would recommend the hotel to install additional lights or reflective stair strips! Hotel staff were also friendly and patient with guests

“A Welcoming Stay in the Heart of Hanoi”
My elderly parents and I stayed at Hanoi L'Heritage Hotel for four nights in August, and we were genuinely impressed by the hospitality and comfort throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Jollie, who kindly helped us secure great seats for the Water Puppet show on our second night. The team offers helpful recommendations without any pressure or upselling, which we really appreciated. The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight for my parents — they absolutely loved it! The spread is generous and varied, with both Western and Eastern options, ensuring there's something for every palate. For the first three nights, we stayed in Room 205. Though it didn’t have a window, it was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and blissfully quiet. On the fourth day, due to AC maintenance, we were upgraded to a suite on the seventh floor. The new room featured a balcony with a lovely view and plenty of natural light — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter is ideal. Most attractions are within walking distance, and Grab rides are a convenient and affordable way to get around the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer a pool or provide body lotion and conditioner, the warmth of the staff and the excellent breakfast more than made up for it.
