The room is spacious, and the bathtub and shower area are also large and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious, with many items to choose from, including freshly cooked hot food, fruits, and coconuts. The price is very reasonable. The only downside is that the sofa chair is damaged and the TV quality is not good. Hopefully, better equipment can be enjoyed next time.

The room I stayed in was perfect for two people. I heard good things about the breakfast, so I added it and had a satisfying meal every day for two days. There were many friendly people everywhere in Bangkok, but the staff here were also very kind and memorable. I regret not being familiar with the tipping culture and not giving them a proper tip. I couldn't use other facilities due to my schedule, which was a shame. I definitely want to visit again next time. It was convenient to have a 7-Eleven and BTS station nearby every day.

The staff, from reception to concierge, and breakfast staff and housekeeping, were attentive to our requests and very helpful. They made us feel really welcomed. My daughter misplaced her mobile at a shopping mall one day and our receptionists - Oliver and Gift, were kind enough to help contact the mall on our behalf as we could not communicate in Thai to the mall staff who did not speak English. They managed to locate the mobile and needless to say, we really appreciate Oliver and Gift's help! Tae, the concierge, and another concierge (unfortunately I did not ask for his name), were very helpful in providing info on the places we should visit and dine at, and how to get there. We look forward to our next stay at Hansar!

Despite this, the overall room quality is top-notch and very comfortable. ### Service and Staff The reception staff, while not fluent in English, were able to communicate effectively and were very understanding. Their willingness to help made up for any language barriers. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff were remarkable, contributing significantly to the pleasant experience. ### Dining Experience The breakfast area is impressive, offering a blend of a small buffet and a set menu from which guests can choose unlimited main dishes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the variety offered was truly five-star. I highly recommend trying their breakfast – it is delicious and definitely worth the experience. ### Location and Convenience The hotel is ideally located, just a short three to five-minute tuk-tuk ride, or a ten-minute walk, from major attractions. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, adding to the convenience. This prime location makes it easy to explore Bangkok while staying in a luxurious setting. ### Facilities The pool and gym are both excellent, maintaining the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. The amenities available contribute to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. ### Overall Experience Overall, the Hansar Hotel in Bangkok exceeded my high expectations. Its beauty, comfort, and exceptional service make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. I loved it so much that I would choose to stay here on every future visit to the city.
