Nice new hotel in a good location in Dublin. Rooms are small compared to US standards but nevertheless a nice hotel priced reasonably. I would give it 8 out of 10. Definitely recommend it as an upmarket solid 4 star.

Great location for the active Temple Bar area”
Rooms are cosy (but to be expected in a downtown location), lots of modern technology in the room (touch panel for lighting throughout the room, and custom music choices). Towels are ready for replacement… but all in all a great stay

Good location, small rooms”
The hotel has a good location, especially if you want to spend time in Temple Bar. However, they advertise queen bed rooms and you should know that those are actually American size double beds - not American Queen beds. Beyond the smaller than beds, the queen bedrooms are very very small with very little room to move around, however on the plus side the air conditioning worked very well, which can be hard to come by. The hotel is split into 2 sides. The reception is on one side with some of the rooms and the restaurant in the other rooms are near the street. There’s a bridge connecting the two. However, if you’re on the backside of the hotel, it makes it awkward to go to the restaurant and bar and it doesn’t feel like one cohesive hotel. There’s a small lobby, with reception, but not many other public spaces to hang out it. The reception area in lobby is very dark so it gives it a dingier appearance than I think it deserves. Hotels in Dublin expensive, so if you’re looking for a good location and you’re not gonna spend much time hanging out in the hotel, then it’s a perfectly serviceable option.

Everything good from check in to check out. However,breakfast was not up to my expectations Avocado was not ripe. Sausage was too salty Water melon not ripe . Other then that it’s a wonderful stay
