Where do i begin omg. 💆🏻♀️ so many good points to share. I stayed for 2 days n 3 nights w my elderly mom and they treated her like the queen she is. For a 4 star it felt 7. The first room we got, that we were already upgraded to from a deluxe to premiere btw, had a leaking tap that we were worried would spread everywhere on the bathroom floor and that would be dangerous for my mom so the very diligent Ms Miranda at the front desk rearranged everything to find us a new one based on the upgrade we got and within 5 mins she asked a colleague to escort us to the room to check and approve of its amenities, satisfied with the new one she quickly got a bell hop ready to move us with as less hassle as possible. We were settled in our new room with only a 15 min turnaround time. I was already mind blown by that but she proved me wrong by getting us a place to eat at the restaurant as a walk in bcs we said all the surrounding shops were closed, thank you sm for rushing to constantly ease our stay. Server Umairah, Chelsea and Ah Boy went out of their way to provide comfort during our dinners both nights at the coffee house and sky lounge. The sky lounge has an incredible view and brilliant food btw. Please go try even if its just for dinner. To top off the top tier experience was our Greater/Bell hop En Arifin, who we call now the nicest man on earth. He was the one that assisted us in a key card issue whereby he told us to wait at the coffee house and he went up & down for us to get it reread then tried 3 times at the door on the 20th floor before it was working again and then went to find us to say we can enter our room now. He then proceeded the next day to send us straight to the 3rd floor car park to our car upon our checkout and went down to return the key cards and validate our tng for us then came back up to give it back. Not to mention it’s beyond awesome that the hotel charges you only a flat rate of 5myr per parking without hour limit as long as you remember to validate your tng. Miss Anthea was also amazing bcs she let me check in later then 3pm when i called ahead to say I would be late and to pls hold the room. Hands down the most service oriented experiences at a hotel i’ve had in a while, or ever really and i’ve been to big 5 star hotels. The staff, food and room cleanliness was impeccable but the staff service wins by a long shot. I will come back to this hotel solely bcs of it. I hope the hotel knows their employees are doing the most and not let them go. Bonus time!! I hope hatten keeps up this standard for as long as they are a hotel there. Owh and its proximity to the two big malls is literally just crossing the road since the building itself is attached to MP mall, and you just need to cross the road to get to the new fri, sat and sun night market they started at the river. Worth the money guys. A no-brainer choice for me. Thanks guys for making it an easy stay for my mom 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ we are still beyond shocked with all the kindness we have experienced.
