My son and I enjoyed our stay at Herald Suites hotel, though the rooms are a bit old and needing some refurbishments however they're very spacious and the beds are comfy, the sheets and pillows are always clean/fresh. They gave us extra towels and pillows upon request. The location is great, very close to restaurants and a good walking distance to Greenbelt Makati, Glorietta, etc, more or less 15 minutes depending on which route you take. There is a Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel and another restaurant one where they serve breakfast on the ground floor, they serve ok breakfast, you'll have to select 1 option from the menu whether American, continental, Filipino breakfast, sometimes they also have Japanese breakfast available at additional cost of 100 PHP. The location is great, lots of restaurants close by, there also a few convenient stores within a few metres away, really convenient and a good value for money. The hotel has a pool too which is accessible until 9pm. It's definitely a good place to stay in Makati if you don't want to break the bank. To top it all off the staff are so helpful and friendly, they even surprised me at my door with a cake on my birthday, what a sweet gesture. Will most definitely recommend😊.

I checked in after 10:30 PM, but there were staff members who spoke Japanese, and they guided me to my room while chatting, which made me feel very reassured. The next day, I accidentally left the safe open when I went out, but the housekeeping staff locked the room to prevent anyone from entering, and my valuables were safe. I felt it was a trustworthy hotel. The air conditioning was old and noisy, and overall it had an old feel, but the cleanliness was good, so it was not an issue. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the toilet had a washlet. There were plenty of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a toothbrush, and also disposable slippers, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle, so I had everything I needed. Breakfast had a variety of options, which was enjoyable. It cost about 300 pesos by Grab taxi from NAIA Terminal 1. The price was reasonable, so if I go to the Philippines again, I think I will stay here. Thank you.
At first we were transferred from one room to another because of the 🛁 bathtub but it's ok . The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really feel comfortable . We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to church, japanese restaurant and also supermarket where we bought our basic needs for our stay. This is not our first time to book a room here. Heralds Suites Chino Rocses is memorable home hotel for my family.
I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and I appreciated the addition of a bathtub. We had an excellent time at the hotel the staff was great, especially the doorman and naturally the bartender . They have 2 restaurants, one Japanese and the other one with American/Filipino menu. The room was nice and large, but the mattress was a little hard for my taste. We will be back some .
