We enjoyed a comfortable stay for five days and four nights. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell, thanks to the air purifier. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave, allowing us to store and reheat food we purchased from outside. Additionally, they provided laundry detergent, which we used to wash our dirty clothes. Instructions for caring for and using the furniture and appliances were conveniently placed, making it easy to navigate the space. Micah, a friendly and polite Filipina staff member, was very helpful and assisted us with inquiries about where to find Singaporean food and how to request an iron or other appliances when needed. She consistently greets us when passing by. We also liked the check in and security at the hotel. It was very techy and convenient. Although the party area was just outside, the noise did not disturb us, as the walls provided good sound insulation. Overall, our stay at Heritage Collection felt just like being at home.
