    “Exceptional”

    I recently had a wonderful stay at HI Halifax Heritage House. Located right on 1253 Barrington Street, the hostel is in a perfect spot for exploring downtown Halifax. I stayed in an 8-bed men's dormitory, which was comfortable and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, even with my late arrival between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The staff was professional and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. For anyone looking for a well-located, affordable, and friendly place to stay in Halifax, I highly recommend this heritage hostel. I would definitely return!

    “Cool but not cool”

    The single room bed was really hard and difficult to sleep on The shower was built small and the shower heads was really tall. Hot water did not work very well The shower curtain was too small and flooded the floor .. The place was crazy hot No coat hooks No where to plug in phones Other than that .. the Staff was nice and cool to chat with
