Amazing airport pickup service”
During this Covid-19 period, I was wondering if this Hilton would still offer their free airport shuttle. They did even better and paid for a private taxi both from and to the airport free-of-charge. All other services were also top of the line and Agoda offered the best price for this room.

Good place to stay if you want to catch an early flight”
Not too far from the airport; they operate a regular coach service which is convenient. The staff are brilliant- extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms etc are fine.

Convenient to Dublin Airport”
It's a good pace to hang your hat for a day while waiting for a flight. The taxi service can get you to your gat within 15 minutes. The staff is cordial and helpful.

Shuttle nightmare”
The pick up shuttle is a nightmare runs once every hour and the driver was obnoxious and was looking for money for himself and wanted to charge us for trip to hotel which is free. On our 1st pick up beginning of vacation there was no pick up as it finished after 11:30 at night, was 25 euros to go to hotel . On return we waited 45 minutes and then experienced the driver !!!! Hotel is great but this free shuttle is terrible.

Poor Customer Services”
I have carried three luggages (two large and one small) which I have asked any staffs could help me to carry them to the room. The staff only provided me a trolley and carried them by myself. I'm paying extra to get the Hilton but the services is not worth with this kind of services.

Standard Hilton well kept”
A few miles from Dublin airport and easy to reach and leave for. Hilton standard is imposed and well-kept with well served food and other catering and facilities. Room size is reasonable and very clean. Nearby the hotel there’s a Tesco and other shops where one may find conveniences. Hotel staff was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist. We like this place and would recommend it.

Great hotel close to airport”
We arrived into Dublin Airport an got onto the free shuttle bus to the hotel. Once at reception we were promptly dealt with and found our room clean, comfortable and spacious. The bar on the ground floor was warm and friendly and after a pint we ordered bar meals which were delicious, and served in a timely manner! There is a Tesco supermarket over the road which enabled us to get a few last minute things before an excellent nights sleep and then a free shuttle bus back to the airport at 4.30am. Even at this hour the driver was chirpy and full of knowledge!He guided us to the correct entrance and wished us all a good flight

Quiet and Frills free Hilton”
Nothing much to pick about the Hilton group of hotels. Service is great and the hotel room I was given was big. Although the first room was infused by the neighbouring room's cigarette smoke smell, the staff promptly got me changed to another room so that I can rest for the night. (11.45pm) Amongst the 5 different hotels i've stayed in this Europe trip, Hilton Dublin has the best bed and hence I've gotten the best rest night here. For those with bad backs, this is a plus as the bed is solid and provides good support after a long tiring journey.

Great staff & best hotel products”
We stayed here our first night arriving to Dublin and had a really nice stay, which left us wishing we had booked the whole week out at Hilton. The staff was so accommodating throughout the whole stay. Their shuttle bus driver even went above duties and drove us further close to a tram service, saving us money on extra costs. The bed was super comfortable and I absolutely love their Peter Thomas Roth products. Our stay was pleasant and I would highly recommend it. The gym was ok too!

Excellent way to start a trip away :)”
Easy check in by efficient staff. Stayed on the 5th floor. Room comfortable and very clean. Nice bathroom. Great night's sleep. Fantastic breakfast the following morning. Staff organised bus transfer through to Dublin early enough to ensure a seemless check-in at the airport. Perfect easy start to the long-awaited family holiday away! This hotel takes all the stress out of the choice of an early rise the next day or staying the night before at the airport hotel. We'll definitely be back. Thanks :)

Shuttle right outside Dublin airport arrivals area. Convenient to 24hour Tesco and Mall right across the street. Bus to downtown Dublin right across the street. The staff (shuttle drivers, front desk) were all friendly and helpful. Also an ice dispenser at the start of corridors leading up To your room which is an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant served good quality food.Breakfast -I'm loving it!!! City centre about 20 mins. I enjoyed my weekend stay,I will love to come back again.

Nice hotel for airport travellers/business guests”
We stayed here as we were in Dublin the next day for business. We arrived quite late (9 p.m.) and were checked in straight away. Room was large and bright, although it was very warm at night – I had to get up to put the air-con on. Nice range of breakfast options the next morning including a banana fruit smoothie. Parking is €5 for hotel residents – I would have expected the Hilton to offer free parking. Easy access to the motorway from the hotel and near Dublin airport.

Fantastic Stay!!”
Location & incl. shuttle to airport very convenient! But, the outstanding staff pushed it over the top. Shauna B at reception was very efficient & friendly, even giving us a free drink coupon. The bartender/hostess, Anna Louise was kind & most helpful! As we were both suffering with awful colds she made us a hot whiskey/tea/honey lemon drink, which really made us feel better. Then, the next day, she checked on us. Very pleased with our whole stay with Hilton! They do it right!

Fantastic service but out of the way location.”
My wife and I had an early flight out of Dublin, so we decided to stay somewhere close to the airport just to be safe. We rented a car the day before our flight, drove all over southern Ireland, and decided to check-in to the hotel first, then drop off the rental. It took us an hour and a half to find the hotel. The hotel is out of the way a bit, bu once we got there, everybody was so helpful to cater to our needs. They helped us drop off the car and take us back to the hotel at 11:30pm. Great service!!

a day before getting into Town”
I was looking for a hotel before starting my work in Dublin, where the hotel is so expensive so I decided to stay one night here and get into Dublin. It is a good choice for me as it is providing lots of things that suit my needs. Wifi is good and fast. Room is comfortable and large bed. I slept well. The room has nice city or road view - not bad. if you want to walk to Tesco then it takes only 5 min. walk.

Very nice hotel”
Very good airport hotel. The best I've stayed in so far. Spacious rooms, very clean, good service. Also parking was free after getting my ticket validated. 24 hour tesco metro across where I've managed to get my SIM card from for my phone. Highly recommended. However would recommended grabbing a cab instead of waiting for the hotel airport transfer if you have a number of bags as it is quite a distance (with baggage!) from the arrivals hall to the place where you wait for the hotel van. Had room service too which was good!
