Good location”
Nothing to fault, staff very friendly, breakfast good and Covid guideline appear to be strictly followed. lovely room. Parking we felt was a little pricey 19 euros for 24 hours or part of.

Dear Paula Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are very happy to see that you have enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you so much for your lovely comments. They are very much appreciated by the whole team. I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the car park price, unfortunately it is a public car park so we do not own it and do not have any say regarding the rates. 19Euros is a discounted rate for our guests, the full rate at the IFSC car park is normally 38Euros so I hope that explains the cost. I really hope we will have a chance to welcome you back in the future. Thank you once again for choosing us for your stay. Best regards. Maria. HGI Dublin.
Smart enough hotel ”

Room was clean and spacious. It was a nice stay overall. Restaurant food was good but dishes were terribly dirty. What a pity.

Game of Thrones tour meets at Hilton Harden Inn”
Location is the best. It is not in the middle of the city center but a 10 minute walk that we preferred. We walked every day. The rooms are clean and modern. The airline bus to and from the airport is next to the hotel . The hop on hop off bus stops in front. The meeting place for Games of Thrones tour which is one of the reasons why we stayed at Dublin is at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location, quiet, comfortable”
No regrets choosing Jury's Inn Custom House. Checkin process was fast despite receiving 3 coaches of tourists just before we arrived. We got a room with the view of the River Liffey which was great. The location is the best thing about this hotel. The HopIn Hopoff bus and the Airport Shuttle bus stops right in front. It's located just north of the river (quieter) but on a good day, is walking distance (cross the pedestrian bridge) to the more busy areas south of the river. From there, we had walked to Temple Bar, to the shopping areas and also to the Trinity College. Keeping north of the river, we walked to O'Connel Street where it;s a lot busier with shops and restaurants. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet (that's how we like it) as it's surrounded by a gallery and also office complexes. The room is clean and has coffee/tea making facilities. But there's no safe or minibar in the room. There's vending machines on some floors but we had to go to the ground floor to get ice. The bed is comfortable although I found the pillows to be too soft but it's nothing to complain about. The buffet breakfast is adequate although smaller than the ones you find in Asian hotels. We didn't eat there every morning though since we wanted to explore other options outside. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Massively convenient”
Our stay was fantastic. We were up in Dublin for a concert in Marlay Park, and really just needed a bed for the night. The hotel was chosen based on price. When we arrived we discovered it also happened to be adjacent to the shuttle buses running out to Marlay Park. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Tea making facilities were very much appreciated after a long day's concert attending!

Exceptional”
A great value and we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the food at the hotel restaurant. Room was clean, spacious for European standards. Bed very comfortable (wish they had blanket instead of Heavy comforter) Bathroom well stocked and modern. Staff was super helpful with obtaining taxi's, and with internet and answered all the questions we had. the location was convenient being on the north bank of the Liffey River and near the Immigrantion Museum. When in Dublin next time, we will definitely stay here.

Very good but expensive for what is offered”
The hotel is what you'd expect from the Hilton brand. Luxurious, many great facilities, rooms are big, clean and feature-full. Breakfast is quite rich in variety. However some things I didn't like: 1. No free parking. There is a parking place very close, but you pay for it. You get a 50% discount however if your parking entry ticket is verified by the hotel. 2. Room with Breakfast is quite expensive for a couple, especially if you are only there for a night and won't be needing to use the facilities such as the Gym or the laundrette 3. The key-card to open the room door failed to operate on my first use. I had to go downstairs to get it re-programmed. It worked. Next morning it failed again. Had to go downstairs again to get it re-programmed again.

Good Experience Stay”
Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was friendly and check in process is smooth. The hotel is located about 16 mins walk away from O'Connell Street. There is a SPAR convenience store just behind the hotel. The room & bathroom are very clean and is a comfortable stay for us. Will consider staying here again if we ever return to Dublin

Our stay in Dublin”
had a great time in dublin. worth getting the dart to seaside towns such as howth and bray (13 euros for 2 people - hop on and off). very expensive this time of year as the pound is so weak.

Underrated Hotel - should be 4 Stars!”
The hotel has a wonderful lobby and the room was impeccable. It definitely looks better than most 4 star hotels out there! Location is perfect - you can take the LUAS/or walk to the city center, the airport is merely 15 minutes away!

Great location and large rooms”
Hotel is conveniently located right where the airport bus (Airlink) will drop you (stop: customs House). Staff is frendly and room was large and confortable. Unfortuntely, there was no river view (from our room). Breakfast is not included.
