“Bad experience ”
I was very disappointed with my recent stay in a 1-bedroom suite at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East. The overall experience did not meet the standards I expected from a Hilton property. The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout my stay. The room itself was not in good condition—especially the bathroom, where the water was cold and the pressure extremely low. To make matters worse, we weren’t informed that housekeeping only happens every other day. It felt like basic communication and hospitality were completely lacking. Only two small bottles of drinking water were provided for the entire stay, which was quite surprising. The bedroom was also very noisy whenever the air conditioning was turned on, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property and will likely look for alternative options next time I’m in Orlando.
