“Best hotel if you want easy access to Japow! ”

We had a really nice stay overall. Yes, it’s on the pricey side — but being at a ski resort, that’s expected. What did surprise us though were the food prices. They were honestly about three times what you’d normally pay, which felt a bit excessive. That said, the staff were fantastic. Super helpful, friendly, and quick to sort out anything we needed. They really made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are a little dated, but definitely not dirty. Everything was clean and well kept, just not super modern. It didn’t bother us at all. There were also plenty of activities for non-skiers, which was great. The hotel felt very welcoming to all kinds of families, and the overall vibe was warm and relaxed. Big bonus: the onsen is tattoo-friendly! If you have tattoos, you’re still welcome to use it — which isn’t always the case, especially in Japan. That was a huge plus. And the breakfast buffet? Really good. Great variety and a solid way to start the day. Overall, aside from the food pricing, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back.

    “Great Family Stay”

We had an awesome stay at Hilton Niseko Village. It is very convenient for families with children, especially with easy access to the ski area. The location is excellent, and cleanliness standards were good throughout our stay. Although the hotel is slightly older, it is still well maintained and comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us, which made our stay even more pleasant. The only downside is that there are no halal food options available, which may be a consideration for Muslim travellers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. ❄️

“Easy access to gondolas, Room does not look 5 star”

Room carpet is very dirty. That’s what i noticed first. For a 5 star hotel, rooms are not well maintained. I like the exclusivity. I am not sure how it is during peak season. We arrived in the 4th week, we were still able to ski and sled. It was fun. We enjoyed that it is not crowded. We just feel they dont clean rooms well unlike other hotels in japan. We tried even small hotels in japan the japanese takes cleaning seriously. Hilton hires other nationalities, it it good they understand english but i miss how japanese hotels pay attention to cleanliness.

“A Winter Wonderland at Hilton Niseko Village”

Our stay at Hilton Niseko Village was a mix of cozy comfort and snowy adventures. The room we stayed in was well-maintained and comfortable, though it lacked a few essentials like fresh linen spray, cotton pads, and a body scrub net—so for the ladies, I’d recommend bringing your own. We didn’t get to use most of the hotel’s facilities, but my niece absolutely loved the five-star onsen experience. After a long day in the cold, the warm natural hot springs were the perfect way to unwind. Although the hotel is a bit far from the main town, the Niseko-Yo Village nearby had everything we needed, from restaurants to a convenient drugstore. We had some amazing meals at Yamato and Baby Crotia, both of which I’d highly recommend. One of the simple joys of our trip was just playing in the snow at the park right in front of the hotel. It was pure winter magic, and we made some unforgettable memories. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. While tipping isn’t customary in Japan, you are welcome to tip—especially for the hardworking non-Japanese staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. Overall, Hilton Niseko Village gave us a wonderful winter getaway, blending relaxation and fun in one of Japan’s most scenic locations.
